摘要： A self-clearing article-transfer plate for a conveyor system. The plate is disposed between an upstream article feeder, such as a conveyor belt supplying a stream of conveyed articles, and a downstream article receiver, such as a takeaway belt or an accumulation table. The plate may have a tapered edge or a fingered edge at a first end for receiving articles from the article feeder. Backpressure from the stream of articles pushes the articles onto, across, and off a second opposite end of the plate onto the article receiver. When the stream of articles stops or is interrupted, the last articles in the stream are urged along the plate from the first end to the second end by vibrations from a vibrator affixed to a support for the plate. In this way, articles are cleared from the plate, without being stranded, even in the absence of backpressure.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for continuous treatment of objects in a processing unit, where the objects are moved along a conveyor track passing through the processing unit by a first linear-action conveyor device performing a back-and-forward movement and where the objects are supplied to/removed from the conveyor track by a transfer device. To permit with measures of simple design a continuous treatment without parasitic depositions or high temperatures impairing the process sequence, it is proposed that the objects be arranged on supports which are lined up on the conveyor track by at least two first linear-action conveying devices performing a back-and-forward movement and are then conveyed continuously through the processing unit, where the lining up and subsequent continuous conveying of the supports is performed such that one of the first conveying devices lines up a support transferred to the conveyor track with those supports already on the conveyor track while the other first conveying device continuously conveys the previously lined-up supports.

摘要： Workpieces in the shape of plates can be transported from an input station to a workstation and from there to an output station by means of two manipulation device in a working plane. A gripper of one of the manipulation means can be displaced between the input station and the workstation. The gripper of the other manipulation device can be displaced between the workstation and the output station, whereby the displacement ranges overlap. As the first half of the processing time has been approximately completed in the workstation, the workpiece r is transferred from the gripper on the input side to the gripper on the output side. Meanwhile, the respectively free gripper returns to its station and to the workstation, so that the processing can be carried out almost without any interruption.

摘要： In an apparatus for automatically transporting workpieces in a multi-stage forming machine, a tong casing (1) is fitted on a transverse transporting tube (2). The tong casing (1) comprises a tong-casing basic body (10) on which there are arranged exchangeable tong modules (12a, 12b, 12c) each with one set of tongs by means of which a workpiece (W2, W3) can be seized laterally from above. Each set of tongs is connected, via a coupling location (19), to associated transmission means which, are in operative connection with a control shaft (3), mounted rotatably in the transverse transporting tube (2), for controlling the opening and closing movements of the tongs. The operation of transporting, from one forming station (U1, U2, U3) to the adjacent forming station (U2, U3, U4), a workpiece (W2, W3) seized by tongs with pairs of interacting tong grippers (130, 140) and the operation of moving the tongs back take place by the transverse transporting tube (2) moving back and forth. The tong displacement can be adapted to the workpieces (W2, W3) by using tong modules (12a, 12b, 12c) with tongs with suitable leverages.
