    摘要: A high efficiency bobbin winding device with adjustability has a housing that encloses at least one motor and associated circuitry and mechanism that allows a user to selectively wind a bobbin with a selected amount of thread. The motor is mounted on a hinged support that rotates to move the motor which has a shaft that spins the bobbin. An adjustment knob is rotated to selectively move the motor support. A sensor detects the amount of thread wound on the bobbin and stops further winding when the proper amount of thread is wound on the bobbin. The housing also has indicator lights to indicate power and other settings. A spool is placed on a rod and is thread through a guide and a tension adjustment and then on the bobbin where it is wound to a selected level.

The line winder is a machine for preventing reverse winding and tangling, where a base of the fishing line winder is provided with a shaft, and a driving member drives the shaft to rotate, while a spindle is provided with a line spool, an abutment wheel and an unidirectional bearing; a resistance against the rotation of the abutment wheel is formed by means of a brake pad, thus preventing reverse winding and tangling when the fishing line is reeled onto and unreeled from the line reel.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for reducing or preventing fiber entry whip as the loose end of a fiber being wound on a spool enters a fiber winding device. A fiber winding device comprises a spool winder entrance, a winding spool and a fiber whip shield substantially surrounding the winding spool. A fiber entry whip reducer positioned in front of the fiber winding device comprises at least one pulley and a guide channel including a straight entry section and a curved section leading to the fiber winding device. The guide channel is formed and positioned such that the loose end of the fiber is maintained against the guide channel by centrifugal force imparted onto the fiber by the curvature of the channel and forward motion of the fiber produced by the rotating spool, thereby producing a trajectory such that the loose end of the fiber enters the fiber winding device and is maintained against the whip shield. By maintaining the free end of the fiber against the guide channel during fiber entry, whip damage to the fiber on the spool due to impact of the fiber end during its entry is substantially reduced or completely eliminated.

    摘要: An apparatus for winding material (such as cable, rope or paper or plastic webs) cable about a small reel from a large supply reel in which the cable is stored in bulk includes two arm units. One arm unit contains a first major arm section. A reel is carried between the distal ends thereof. Each arm unit also contains a minor arm extension. Each arm extension is connected to the major arm section by a vertical pin. There is a base. On that base, there are two upright brackets that are spaced apart. One bracket supports a first major arm section and the second bracket supports the second major arm section. There is a pivot on each bracket so that the major arm section can pivot up and down sort of like a modified teeter totter. Furthermore, the distal ends of the major arm sections can move either closer together or further apart. The inner ends of the major arm sections are connected to minor arm extensions by a vertical pin pivot. A cone is rotatably secured to the distal end of each major arm section. It is between these cones that the reel is supported. A leverage system controls the positions of the distal ends and cones.

The carrier is portable, and is suitable for the separate or simultaneous dispensing of wire from one or more wire spools housed within the carrier. The carrier includes a central rod through which the wire spools are inserted. This cross-section of this central rod may be hollow or solid. The carrier further includes a generally semi-circular cradle positioned below the wire spools. A pair of end walls supports this semi-circular cradle. Channels in the end walls permit rotation of the cradle relative to these end walls. The channels are formed by a generally circular cut-out in each of the end walls. The carrier also includes one or more slots in the cradle for the passage and dispensing of that wire through these slots.

After the rotation of the revolver during a change of the bobbins, the support is pivoted and the separating flaps are moved to position portions of the flaps between the full bobbin and the newly supplied empty bobbin on which yarn is then being wound. In this position the separating flaps prevent the loose whizzing yarn end on the yarn on the still rotating full bobbin from coming into contact with the yarn package then in the process of being wound.
