摘要: Integrated processes and systems for the production of distillate hydrocarbons and coke. The process may include feeding a hydrocarbon feedstock, comprising a residuum hydrocarbon fraction, to a residue hydrocracking reactor system to convert hydrocarbons therein, producing a hydrocracked effluent. The hydrocracked effluent may then be fed to a separation system, separating the hydrocracked effluent into one or more distillate hydrocarbon fractions and a vacuum residue fraction. The vacuum residue fraction may be fed to a coker system, converting the vacuum residue fraction into a coke product and a coker vapor effluent, recovering the coke product, and feeding the coker vapor effluent to the separation system. The one or more distillate hydrocarbon fractions are hydroprocessed to produce a hydroprocessed effluent, and the hydroprocessed effluent is separated into product distillate hydrocarbon fractions.

摘要: An oil dehydrator, comprising; a vacuum chamber, a vacuum pump arranged at an upper end region of the vacuum chamber for establishing a negative pressure within the vacuum chamber and for fluid transportation of water and air out from the vacuum chamber through an outlet opening, and a pipe for fluid transportation of oil into and/or out from the vacuum chamber, where the pipe is connected to a lower end region of the vacuum chamber, wherein the vacuum chamber at the lower end region has at least one flow channel fluidly connecting the vacuum chamber and the pipe, wherein an orifice check valve is arranged between the vacuum chamber and the pipe for controlling the flow of oil into and out from the vacuum chamber through the at least one flow channel.

摘要: In the hydrocracking process in accordance with the invention, which comprises a hydrocracking section, a high pressure hot separator and a fractionation section, upstream of the fractionation section, a stripper or reboiler column type separation column is added which treats at least a portion of the heavy effluent obtained from the high pressure hot separator. All or a portion of the bottom fraction from said column, which is rich in polynuclear aromatic compounds, is purged. At least a portion of the bottom fraction obtained from the fractionation section, which is constituted by unconverted products, is recycled to the reaction section.

The vacuum rectification tower includes a satellite-surrounded vacuum tower kettle and a rectifying section; the satellite-surrounded vacuum tower kettle includes a main tower kettle and a plurality of sub-reactors arranged outside the main tower kettle in a satellite-surrounded mode; the main tower kettle is provided with a first outlet and a plurality of spray inlets, and a top portion of the main tower kettle has an opening; the sub-reactor is provided with a second outlet and a first inlet, the spray inlets are connected with the second outlets of each sub-reactor in a one-to-one correspondence, and the first outlet is connected with the first inlets. The above vacuum rectification tower is used for treating the atmospheric pressure residual oil, and an extraction rate of light oil may be effectively improved under relatively mild temperature and pressure environment.

摘要: Systems and methods for producing one or more olefins using waste plastics and used lubricating oil are disclosed. Mixed waste plastic is processed in a pyrolysis unit to produce plastic derived oil. The plastic derived oil is subsequently blended with used lubricating oil to form a mixture. The mixture is then separated into (1) a light-end stream comprising C1 to C8 hydrocarbons and (2) a heavy hydrocarbon feed stream. The heavy hydrocarbon feed stream is then processed to produce a steam cracking feedstock stream. The light end-stream and/or the steam cracking feedstock stream are then flowed into a cracking unit to produce one or more olefins.

摘要: A method for producing a diesel having improved cold flow properties, the method comprising the steps of introducing a crude oil to a distillation column, separating the crude oil in the distillation unit to produce a light gas oil, and a light vacuum gas oil, where the light gas oil has a T95% cut point in the range between 300 deg C. and 340 deg C., where the light vacuum gas oil has a T95% cut point in the range between 400 deg C. and 430 deg C., processing the light vacuum gas oil in the supercritical water unit to produce an upgraded vacuum gas oil, separating the upgraded vacuum gas oil in the fractionator to produce an upgraded light fraction, an upgraded light gas oil, and upgraded heavy fraction, introducing the upgraded light gas oil into a diesel pool, and blending the light gas oil into the diesel pool.

摘要: Optimized, heat-integrated methods and systems are provided to produce multiple, high-value products from oil shale, while minimizing overall energy and water usage. A method for producing multiple products from oil shale comprises: feeding raw oil shale into a heated retorting unit, to convert kerogen into a retorted stream; introducing the retorted stream to a distillation column to generate a high-cetane diesel stream, an α-olefin-containing chemical stream, an asphalt/asphalt additive stream, and an overhead gas stream, wherein heat contained in the retorted stream is harnessed as distillation energy; separating the overhead gas stream into a fuel gas stream and a purge gas stream; combusting the fuel gas stream to generate hot flue gas; heating the purge gas with hot flue gas; feeding the heated purge gas directly to the heated retorting unit; and recovering the high-cetane diesel stream, the α-olefin-containing chemical stream, and the asphalt/asphalt additive stream as products.
