摘要： A three-dimensional knit fabric having front and back knit layers and a monofilament yarn connecting the knit layers to each other, characterized in that the curvature of the monofilament yarn in the three-dimensional knit fabric is in a range from 0.01 to 1.6, and the bending elongation of the monofilament is 20% or less when the three-dimensional knit fabric is compressed to 50%. The three-dimensional knit fabric has a cushioning property in springiness which does not deteriorate even if the fabric is repeatedly used many times or for a long time, and thus this fabric is excellent in terms of durability of the cushioning property. In particular, the fabric is suitable for use as a hammock type seat and exhibits a cushioning property having a favorable springy feeling as well as a good fit feel.

摘要： A multilayer knitted structure includes two knitted webs which are interconnected by a third thread system. The two knitted webs are held together by at least one bundle of warp threads, and is suited for use in producing semi-finished structures for fiber composites. The thickness of the multilayer knitted structure can be increased by further warp thread bundles and additional weft threads. The warp and weft threads are advantageously configured to run according to the stress applied, for example, in the fiber composite.

摘要： A double-face velour fabric article consists of a fabric body having a technical face formed by a filament stitch yarn and a technical back formed by a filament loop yarn. The filament stitch yarn includes a heat sensitive material, e.g. a hot melt material or a heat shrinkable material, and/or an elastomeric material, such as spandex. The fabric body has a velour surface formed at both the technical back and the technical face. Raised fibers of at least one of the technical face and the technical back may be entangled, including in and/or through interstices of the fabric body, toward the other of the technical face and the technical back, e.g., by a hydroentanglement process applied after finishing. The fabric body has permeability of about 80 ft3/ft2/min, or less, under a pressure difference of ½ inch of water across the fabric body.

摘要： A three-dimensionally structured warp knitted fabric has a higher compressibility and resiliency than its conventionally available counterpart, as well as enhanced abrasion resistance to prevent fuzzing. The three-dimensionally structured warp knitted fabric includes a top substructure and a bottom substructure, either of which is a net texture, the other being a plain texture. Substructure connecting yarns connect the two substructures. A plurality of connecting yarn controlling yarns are present between the two substructures and between the substructure connecting yarns. The connecting yarn controlling yarns control the substructure connecting yarns by handling, separating and holding them. The connecting yarn controlling yarns include portions which are stitched into the plain texture side of the top or bottom substructure and portions which are floating between the top and bottom substructures.
