The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the sewing machine to execute the steps of specifying a distance between an anchor position and a needle drop point, changing first feed amount data into second feed amount data based on the specified distance and a length of a stitch pattern, specifying an actual amount of movement of the sewing workpiece, and revising the second feed amount data for at least one stitch, among stitches of a plurality of iterations of the stitch pattern, that is not yet formed, based on a difference between the specified actual amount of movement and a planned feed amount indicated by the second feed amount data.

摘要： A shuttle embroidery machine having an embroidery frame which is displaceable in accordance with a predetermined program with respect to the machine frame both in vertical and in horizontal directions at its two ends by separate respective drives each, each drive having a motor whose rotation can be transmitted via a transmission as a vertical or a horizontal displacement, respectively, to the embroidery frame and cross guides permitting independent movement of the embroidery frame in the horizontal or vertical directions. In order to increase the precision of positioning of the embroidery frame and at the same time to make its drives simpler and less expensive, at least one additional drive, controlled jointly with the end drives, is arranged between the ends of the embroidery frame for the vertical displacement of the embroidery frame.

摘要： A pattern control mechanism for embroidering machines of the type which use punched tape and a gear-type analog computer with input cam slides for the generation of pattern movements in a large number of different magnitudes, the improvement relating to the cam slide driving mechanism, where pivotable horizontal slide pushers which are attached to the cam slides are selected vertically by transversely moving selector bars whose position is determined by feeler needles of the punched tape sensing device, and where the raised non-selected slide pushers remain back, while the lowered selected ones are engaged by a reciprocating pusher drive bar. The selector bars, which execute a vertical approach motion, have selector teeth which prevent the simultaneous drive engagement of both cam slides.

摘要： The embroidering frame of the shuttle embroidering machine comprises cloth beams drivable via drive means. The cloth beams coact in pairs to receive between each such pair a respective material web. These material webs are superimposed in the frame plane and at each material web there engages at each longitudinal edge of the web material a rod-shaped temple or spreader. The upper and lower cloth beams both for the upper and lower material webs are each in selective driving connection by a respective endless belt of the drive means with the driving shaft of an associated geared motor of the drive means and which is carried by the embroidering frame. A belt tensioning device which is reversibly switchable with the rotation direction of the associated geared motor is used. The control circuit of the geared motors contains switching means for the selective separate or synchronous operation of the two geared motors. These measures ensure a beaming or winding-on of the individual not yet embroidered material webs and a synchronous rebeaming or winding-up of the embroidered material webs in a simple and operationally reliable manner.

摘要： Stepping mechanisms are used to move an embroidering frame in both the vertical and horizontal directions on a machine frame. Each stepping mechanism includes a hydraulic cylinder-piston rod assembly, a multi-way valve for directing the flow of hydraulic fluid to the assembly, and an electric stepping motor connected to the valve for regulating the flow to the assembly. To effect movement a signal is transmitted to the stepping motor which positions the valve to operate the hydraulic cylinder-piston rod assembly. The piston rod is in direct contact with the frame and its movement provides the desired movement of the embroidering frame. The piston rod is connected to the stepping motor for closing the valve when the desired position of the embroidering frame has been reached.
