    摘要： The method of producing a tubular knitted item (10), in particular a leg for a pair of tights, involves preceding the normal basic knit with a start that involves knitting, on only a portion of the needles on p first courses (11, 12) and on all of the needles on q subsequent courses (13, 14), an elastane yarn (21) covered with a water-soluble yarn (22); then, once the item has been knitted, the item undergoes an aqueous treatment, for example combined with dyeing, so as to make the water-soluble yarn (22) covering disappear, whereby the p+q courses (11-14) of knitted elastane that precede the normal basic knit are kept on the edge of the item.

    摘要： An apparatus for steaming a garment comprising an expandable enclosure having a wall circumscribing a hollow space therein, the hollow space accessible through a re-closeable opening in the wall. A clothes hanging element and stretch element contained within the hollow space, the clothes hanging element for holding the garment and the stretch element for stretching the garment. A steam generator connected to provide steam to the hollow space. The steam generator has a water reservoir chamber and a steam chamber with a partition there between. At least one pair of electrodes is arranged within the steam chamber to provide an electric current that resistively heats a source of water to create steam. A water communication port in the partition allows water to pass from the water reservoir chamber to the steam chamber in a manner that self-regulates the amount of steam generated.

    摘要： Disclosed herein is a washing machine to generate rotating and vertical water streams simultaneously. The rotating water stream is generated by rotation of an outer pulsator, and the vertical water stream is generated by rotation of an inner pulsator. A rotating body is installed between the outer pulsator and the inner pulsator, to convert rotation into vertical movement. An inner wall of the outer pulsator is formed with a curved surface to come into close contact with the inner pulsator being moved vertically.
