摘要： Embodiments in this disclosure relate to a knitted strain sensor element comprising an electrically conducting yarn and an elastic yarn. The elastic yarn has a Young's modulus that is substantially lower than the electrically conducting yarn's Young's modulus. The knitted strain sensor element is knitted using a knit stitch pattern comprising knitted stitches and purled stitches on each course. preferably a rib stitch pattern, more preferably a 1×1 rib stitch pattern. The electrically conducting yarn and the elastic yarn are knitted together using a plated knitting technique forming a knitted fabric. the electrically conducting yam forming a core of the knitted fabric and the elastic yarn forming surface of the knitted fabric. Sensors. textiles and garments comprising such knitted strain sensor elements are also disclosed.

The frame defines a continuous inner frame edge and a continuous outer frame edge. The face seal includes a top portion, a bottom portion, and two side portions as a continuous unit, defining a continuous inner face seal edge and a continuous outer face seal edge. The continuous inner face seal edge is removably affixed against the continuous inner frame edge. The continuous outer face seal edge encapsulates an elastic band that fits against at least a front half portion of the head and face of a user. The face seal contains one or more layers of filter medium suitable for removing particulate matter from the air that flows from exterior air space and into interior air space.

摘要： A cylindrical bandage is held in place without using binding means such as strings tied to an upper limb. Additionally, the cylindrical bandage for a lower limb or upper limb fits the shapes and dimensions of a body part and stays on the body part and thus allows great increase in venous return. The cylindrical bandage includes a tubular knit being of a length corresponding to a length of an arm or a leg and a gutter-shaped knit extending from a lengthwise first end of the tubular knit. This gutter-shaped knit has smaller circumferential length than the first end of the tubular knit and has a cut-out section with a horseshoe or V shape.
