    摘要: A form member comprises a strip-shaped main plate portion, which is flat at least on its front surface, a horizontal pair of strip-shaped side plate portions extending from both sides of the main plate portion toward its rear surface perpendicularly to the main plate portion, and a reinforcing plate provided to extend from the rear surface of the main plate portion substantially in parallel with the horizontal pair of side plate portions. Each of the side plate portions and the reinforcing plate includes an enlarged end portion over a prescribed width from its opening end. An end plate body having an engaging portion of a shape for tightly engaging with an end of the form member body engages with this end, to form a single form member. A concrete form member reduced in thickness and weight and enabled to suppress inconvenient deformation in concrete placing can be provided due to this structure.

    摘要: A frame unit (11) used in the construction of a formwork module. The frame unit (11) is formed by connecting together rectangular loops of wire (12, 13) to form a rectangular block shape. Panels (60) and reinforcement (16) are connected to the frame to make a formwork module, with the reinforcement (16) extending beyond the sides of both the frame unit (11) and the panels (60). When a number of modules are connected together to form formwork for the desired building structure, the reinforcement (16) overlaps to form a continuous line of reinforcement from one module to the next.

The transition strip includes a first side edge sized to match the first thickness and arranged to receive the first attachment mechanism, a second side edge sized to match the second thickness and arranged to receive the second attachment mechanism, a skin extending between the first and second side edges and arranged to cooperate with the first concrete-forming panel and the second concrete-forming panel to form a generally uninterrupted concrete-forming surface, and a plurality of stiffeners extending between the first side edge and the second side edge.

    摘要: A gang form for use with a concrete form system is provided. The concrete form system has a plurality of said gang forms and a plurality of tie rods. An improved insert having four sides is positioned between two adjacent form panels having flanges with flange openings therein. Side openings in the third and fourth sides of the insert are aligned with the flange openings. Attachment devices are inserted in the side openings and flange openings to attach the insert to the two adjacent form panels and to provide the gang form. At least one lock member is rotatably attached to the second side of the improved insert. One of the plurality of tie rods extends through a tie rod opening in the first and second sides of the insert and is firmly secured to the insert by moving the lock member from an unlocked position to a locked position. Thus, the gang form is interconnected to the concrete form system.

Connecting members include engagement means for cooperating with notches in rigid panels which are disposed against the interior surfaces of flat walls formed by the formwork.
