摘要： A method for controlling the supply of fluid to a combine, wherein fluid is fed for actuating hydraulic cylinders 14, 15 of the drive for moving the combine and to a dust suppression hydraulic system 1. The same fluid, which is discharged from the hydraulic cylinders 14, 15, is used for feeding it at a pre-set pressure to the hydraulic system 1 for emergence under the flowthrough conditions. 摘要： A hydraulic-mechanically operating mine working machine includes a multi-part sword engaging a mine longwall conveyor from below. The machine is pulled by a traction rig disposed on the stowing side of the longwall conveyor, which is supplied from the drift with the liquid media needed for cutting and for control purposes via drag lines accommodated in a special duct on the stowing side. The connection between the drag lines arriving on the stowing side and the working machine at the adit end is established by way of a hose hookup block connected with the tractor hookup block, the tractor hookup block and the sword of the working machine engaging the longwall conveyor from below.

摘要： A hydraulic coupling device hydraulically couples a multi-line hose to a connector having a plurality of sockets. The coupling device comprises a screw cap, a plurality of plug pins, housed within the screw cap, and an annular holding disc for holding the plug pins. The plug pins are each connectible to a respective line of the hose. Each plug pin is engageable within a respective socket of the connector. One of the plug pins is of a larger diameter than the other plug pins, and constitutes an alignment pin for accurately aligning all the plug pins with the corresponding sockets of the connector.

摘要： In a mine installation which employs a winning machine moved back and forth along a guide in a working and coupled via shifting rams to roof supports, the invention provides a hydraulic fluid supply conduit system for supplying the pressure fluid for operating the shifting rams and the props of the roof supports. The system employs a first conduit containing fluid at a pressure of 300 to 400 bars for setting the props of the roof supports, a second conduit containing fluid at a pressure of 100 to 200 bars for use as a robbing aid during retraction of the props, a third conduit containing fluid at a pressure of 100 to 200 bars for operating the shifting rams and a common fluid return conduit. The conduits are laid along the working and the first and the second or third conduits are fed by separate pumps in a heading or gallery while the third or second conduit is connected via a pressure-reducing valve to the pump feeding the first conduit. The cross-sections of the conduits are designed in a specific relationship defined hereinafter, to provide adequate pressure fluid flow while maintaining the desired pressure levels and minimizing back pressure.

摘要： A pressure fluid drive system for supplying pressure fluid to a number of different hydraulically-operated appliances in a mine working. The system employs two hydraulically interconnected pump units each having one or more pumps providing a plurality of pressure fluid outlets and a vessel containing a supply of pressure fluid for the pumps. Each of the outlets from the pumps is available for independently driving one of the appliances. One of the units has an additional pump used to circulate pressure fluid between the vessels of the pump units; the vessels of the units being directly interconnected via a conduit. Each pump unit has a device for cooling the fluid in the vessel and there is also provided a device for removing air from the fluid returned to the vessel of one of the units.
