摘要: An anti-loosening nut assembly is composed of an upper nut 3 and a lower nut 2 that engage with each other in an eccentric manner to afford the so-called ‘wedging’ effect of surely inhibiting them from loosening themselves. The upper nut 3 has one or more lateral lugs to be brought into contact with the lower end of a fastening tool such as a spanner. The lug or lugs 3b protrudes or protrude from the outer peripheral portion or portions of the upper nut 3 for the purpose of visual detection of rotation angle of this nut.

摘要: In a fastener comprising a bolt (3), a nut (2), and a washer (1), a bolt through-hole (5) which is slightly larger than a nominal diameter of the bolt (3) is formed in a base portion (4) of the washer (1), a conical barrel member (6) whose diameter decreases toward an upward position in a bolt axial direction is formed around the bolt through-hole (5) so as to stand therefrom, a continuous slit for a notched circle is formed in the base portion (4) and the conical barrel member (6), the diameter of the conical barrel member (6) of such a washer (1) is decreased by the fastening of the nut (2) and the bolt (3), and the conical barrel member (6) is fitted into a conical hole portion (10) of the nut (2), thereby obtaining a state where the conical barrel member (6) of the washer (1) is bitten and sandwiched between the bolt (3) and the nut (2). The bolt (3) and the nut (2) are strongly integrated via two kinds of integration routes in the bolt axis orthogonal direction and the bolt axial direction, thereby rationally realizing a large locking effect.

摘要: The present invention includes an attachment apparatus comprising a rotation limiting member adapted to be threaded onto a threaded member; and a preload nut adapted to be threaded onto the threaded member. The rotation limiting member comprises a plurality of pins, and the preload nut comprises a plurality of slots, preferably wherein the plurality of pins and the plurality of slots are the same in number, which is preferably three. The plurality of pins of the rotation limiting member are filled into a corresponding plurality of slots of the preload nut to form a rotatable unit adapted to be threaded onto the threaded member. In use, the rotatable unit is threaded onto the threaded member. The present invention thus provides a unitized removable device for holes, including holes other than circular in shape, which have an established depth before an end of, or before an enlargement of the hole. The configuration of some exposed part of the device, or the head, is shaped and formed for its intended purpose, such as clamping, anchor points, eye bolts, stud anchor, and the like. The device allows for the installation, preloading and removal of all components of the device, as a unit, without damage to the member for which attachment is required by simple rotations of some exposed part of the device.
