    摘要: A hydraulic damping device has a cylinder, a rod, a piston, a first biasing member, a seal and a second biasing member. The rod moveably extends into the cylinder. The piston is securely attached to the rod to divide the cylinder into two chambers. The piston has multiple first channels and multiple second channels communicating with the chambers, wherein each first channel has a diameter larger than that of each second channel. The first biasing member is connected to the rod to provide a recoil force to the rod. The seal is moveably mounted on the rod and abuts against the piston to close the first channels in the piston. The second biasing member is mounted on the rod to provide a force to push the seal. Accordingly, the hydraulic damping device has a capability of adjusting the damping effect and has a simplified structure.

    摘要: A damping force control type hydraulic shock absorber includes a plunger having a small-diameter main body portion slidably guided by a first fixed core made of a magnetic material. The plunger has a large-diameter attracted portion at an end thereof closer to a second fixed core. The diameter (D2) of the attracted portion is set larger than the diameter (D1) of the main body portion (D2>D1), thereby increasing the area of the mutually opposing surfaces of the attracted portion and the second fixed core. Accordingly, attraction force acting on the attracted portion can be increased without reducing the magnetic flux density at the main body portion.

    摘要: A vibration damper includes a rebound, in particular a rebound spring. The vibration damper includes a piston which is formed on an axially movable piston rod and which separates two working chambers in a cylinder, the working chamber penetrated by the piston rod being closed off with a lid and containing the rebound. An out-stroke of the piston rod relative to the cylinder includes an idle-stroke which starts at a minimum out-stroke and in which the rebound does not counteract the piston rod movement, a working-stroke which ends at a maximum out-stroke and in which the rebound counteracts the piston rod movement, and a point of application at which the idle-stroke ends and the working-stroke begins. The vibration damper further includes an arrangement configured to adjust the point of application.

    摘要: A piston valve assembly for regulating the flow of fluid through a mono-tube fluid vehicle damper is provided. The assembly includes a piston rod and a piston end having opposing first and second surfaces secured to the piston rod by a connector. A first outer annular seat is spaced radially from the piston rod and extends from the first surface. At least one first fluid passageway connects a first opening between the piston rod and the first outer annular seat and the second surface for providing fluid communication therebetween. A first blow-off valve has a hollow cylindrical portion with a first flange extending transversely from an end thereof with the first flange adjacent to the first outer annular seat when the first blow-off valve is in a closed position. The piston rod and connector secure the blow-off valve to the piston end. The first blow-off valve is movable to an open position away from the first surface. A first low speed bypass valve is interposed between the at least one first passageway and the second surface for permitting fluid to exit the at least one first fluid passageway past the first blow-off valve when the first blow-off valve is in the closed position. A first helical spring engages the first blow-off valve for biasing the first blow-off valve to the closed position. The blow-off valve provides digressive performance during operation of the damper. The blow-off valve provides increased digressive performance during operation of the damper.
