    摘要: A steering column assembly includes a jacket assembly. The steering column assembly also includes a transmission shift assembly operatively connected to the jacket assembly. The steering column assembly further includes a brake transmission shift interlock (BTSI) device comprising an inhibitor pin translatable between an extended position and a retracted position, the inhibitor pin preventing shifting of the transmission shift assembly out of a PARK position when the inhibitor pin is in the extended position. The steering column assembly yet further includes an inhibitor pin monitoring system. The inhibitor pin monitoring system includes a sensor operatively coupled to a stationary portion of the BTSI device, relative to the inhibitor pin. The inhibitor pin monitoring system also includes a magnetic ring operatively fixed coupled to the inhibitor pin, the sensor detecting when the inhibitor pin is in the extended position.

    摘要: A manual shift lever system may be provided that includes: a shift lever which includes a rod and a stopper formed on the rod; a shift lock unit which limits a movement of the rod; and a control unit which, when a speed of a vehicle is greater than a critical speed of a predetermined gear limits the movement of the rod in a shift direction of the predetermined gear. The shift lock unit includes: at least one shift lock cam part including a main cam, a sub-cam, a shaft which functions as a rotating shaft of the main cam and the sub-cam, and a spring which connects the main cam and the sub-cam; a permanent magnet which is connected to the shift lock cam part; and an electromagnet arranged to have a polarity arrangement opposite to that of the permanent magnet.

    摘要: The present rotary shifter includes a rotary locking mechanism, a feel positioner mechanism, and a return-to-home-position (park) mechanism that causes the shifter/rotor to remain locked in park while the locking mechanism resets after the shifter is returned to park. The design allows any number of locking positions based on a height of the drum cam and a position of the follower. As illustrated, a dial-type rotor is moved into home position by pusher features on the drum cam and an actuator motor, while the feel positioner is disengaged, thus allowing for a smoother rotary movement. Once in the home (park) position, a lock ring (also called “follower”) is forced upwards by a spring (or other method) and rides on a track at a different height than the original, therefore keeping it engaged in the rotor until the drum cam rotates back to its locking position.

    摘要: In a shift device, as a result of a rotor cam being rotated in a positive direction, and transmitting surfaces of the rotor cam pressing rotation surfaces of an urging cylinder, the urging cylinder is rotated in the positive direction, and a lever is moved rotationally towards a front side. Here, in a case in which a load towards the rear side is applied to the lever, the rotation surfaces are rotated in an opposite direction relative to the transmitting surfaces. As a result, the load towards the rear side being applied to the lever can be released.

    摘要: A power tong locking system includes a gear assembly with an aperture formed to receive a head shaft of a power tong gear shift system. The gear assembly includes discrete positions defined by notches formed between adjacent teeth arranged on a perimeter of the gear assembly. The power tong locking system further includes a lock arm assembly that includes a shift handle that includes an aperture formed to receive the head shaft of the power tong gear shift system adjacent the gear assembly, and a release handle rotatably coupled to the shift handle. The lock arm assembly is movable between a first position in which the release handle is secured in a first position to lock the power tong gear shift system at a first gear setting and a second position to lock the power tong gear shift system at a second gear setting that is different than the first gear setting.
