The lower tube part (16) is arranged to be turned about 180° with respect to the upper tube part (15) as well as to the nozzle part (14a) from a first turning position, wherein said end section (16b) is inclined a first angle (&agr;) with respect to the floor, to a second turning position, wherein the end section (16b) is inclined a second, relatively smaller angle (&bgr;) with respect to the floor.

摘要： A miniature patio heater is provided which has a total height of approximately 3 ft. and which has a shroud with a diameter less than 2 ft. The patio heater includes a base having a vertically extending chamber, which is approximately 1.5 ft. high, for receiving a small gas bottle. A hollow post extends upwardly from the upper end of the chamber. A heater assembly and shroud are supported at the upper end of the post. A gas line extends along the inside of the hollow post between the heater assembly and the chamber. A connector assembly provides a pivotal connection between the end of the gas line and a regulator connected to a gas bottle within the chamber. The chamber is provided with an access opening for inserting and removing the gas bottle. Thus, the gas bottle, with attached regulator, can be swung from a vertical upright position within the chamber outwardly through the access opening to an angular position to facilitate removal of an empty gas bottle and replacement with a full gas bottle. The full gas bottle can then be swung from the angular position to a vertical upright position within the chamber. A removable cover can be provided over the access opening.

The connecting insert (9) has an outer peripherally formed groove such that a spring ring (12) is mounted unreleasably between these two grooves.

摘要： A swivel fitting is provided for use on a riser line associated with the underground storage tank of gasoline service stations. The swivel fitting includes an adapter sleeve that attaches to the riser line and a swivel sleeve with a quick release fitting for use in removably attaching a product transfer hose as is typically used to transfer product to the underground storage tank from a tanker truck. 摘要： A ball bearing swivel connectable between the output end of a fuel dispensing hose and the input end of a fuel dispensing nozzle to allow multi-plane rotation of the nozzle The swivel includes three segments, a nozzle fitting, a midsection, and a hose fitting. The end segments are joined to the midsection by ball bearing races which allow each segment to rotate 360° relative to the adjacent segment. The ball bearing races are positioned between a first and second O-ring seal to prevent dust or dirt accumulation and fuel leakage. The ball bearing races allow rotation of the swivel under increased fluid pressure conditions.

摘要： An improved swivel coupling is provided for use with a pool cleaner, particularly for use in connecting a pool cleaner of the type powered by a suction or vacuum source to a flexible vacuum hose which is connected in turn to the suction side of conventional pool water filtration equipment. The swivel coupling comprises outer and inner part-spherical ball segments adapted for respective connection to the vacuum hose and to a water flow port on the pool cleaner, wherein the outer ball segment defines a socket for rotationally receiving and supporting the inner ball segment in a manner to accommodate substantial angular and rotational swivel displacement therebetween. A plurality of generally axially extending ribs are formed within the socket for rotationally supporting the inner ball segment with minimal contact area, and to define therebetween a plurality of axially elongated recessed channels. The socket further includes an annular and relatively narrow width seal ring disposed generally at a distal end thereof for normally engaging the inner ball segment to restrict ingestion of debris and grit to the interface between the outer and inner ball segments. Any ingested grit and debris tends to flush through the recessed channels for passage to the pool filtration equipment, substantially without binding or interfering with relatively free swivel movement of the coupling.
