摘要: A conducted electrical weapon (“CEW”) launches wire-tethered electrodes to provide a current through a human or animal target to impede locomotion of the target. The current may ionize air in a gap. A gap may occur between terminals at a face of the CEW and/or between the electrodes positioned near target tissue. A CEW may include a detector to detect ionization of air in a gap. A CEW may use information related to detecting ionization to determine a location where the ionization occurred. Information regarding location of ionization may be used to determine whether the current was delivered through the target via the electrodes.

摘要: A projectile for a darting gun, comprising a front head housing a front ignition plunger arranged for axial rearward movement when the tip of the projectile strikes a target, the ignition plunger communicating with a rearwardly extending striker means which in an uninfluenced position of the ignition plunger terminates at a first predetermined distance from an ignition time delay element, the ignition time element when triggered by the striker means being arranged to fire a detonator which in turn detonates a main charge arranged in a tubular body attached to the rear of the front head, a safeguarding means which can be influenced by an outer mechanical force, the safeguarding means in a first position holding the ignition time delay element at a second predetermined distance from the detonator, and in a second position allowing the ignition time delay element to travel the second predetermined distance so as to be brought in close enough communication with the detonator for the detonation thereof when said projectile penetrates into the body of a target. The safeguarding means is mounted rearwardly of the front ignition plunger, so that the ignition plunger will be influenced prior to the safeguarding means when the projectile hits the target and penetrates thereinto.

The non-lethal naval vessel interdiction weapon includes a hydrodynamic hull, guidance and delivery systems housed in the hydrodynamic hull with the delivery system being controllable by the guidance system to drive a naval vessel impeding payload toward a target and a deployment system.
