摘要: A position limiting protection device for a test platform of a triaxial air-bearing turntable and its working method are provided. The triaxial air-bearing turntable is installed on a support frame and includes an air bearing support seat and an air bearing hemisphere. A test platform is placed on an adapter plate, which is placed above the air bearing hemisphere. The position limiting protection device includes three top rods and three annular parts, which are sequentially spaced to form a position limiting ring, the position limiting ring is located below the adapter plate and surrounds the air bearing hemisphere. The position limiting ring is spaced at a certain distance from the air bearing hemisphere, each annular part is fixed on a support frame, and the top rods are controlled to rise or fall to limit the movement of the test platform.

The system comprises: a controller configured for receiving the input oscillation and responsively generating a multi-component drive signal. A frequency of at least one component of the drive signal is other than two times the input frequency. In some embodiments, a frequency of another component of the drive signal equals about two times the output frequency. The system also comprises an oscillator for generating pump oscillations responsively to the drive signal and applying parametric excitation to the input oscillation at the pump oscillations.

摘要: A self-releasing clamping tool that mounts a wheel onto a wheel balancer. The clamping tool has an adapter plate and a planetary gear assembly. The planetary gear assembly is an adjustable support system that maintains the wheel in a desired orientation while being balanced. The planetary gear assembly has a central gear and a collection of gear studs. The gear studs are support members that can be repositioned to correspond to the lug holes of the wheel. The central gear is rotatably mounted onto the adapter plate and the gear studs are detachably mounted onto the adapter plate. The central gear synchronizes the motion of the gear studs and the gear studs are easily detached from the adapter plate. Thus, preventing damage when dropped. A central hole traverses through the assembly and plate to enable the clamping tool to be attached to the wheel balancer.
