Within the lens barrel, there is formed a lens-containing space communicating to a front opening thereof. A group of lenses for wide-angle imaging are arranged in the space. A front lens of the lenses is placed to cover the opening, so that the front lens serves in common as a sealing member. An annular protrusion of tip of the lens barrel is caulked inside by thermal welding. An O-ring is inserted between an outer cylindrical surface of the front lens and an inner wall cylindrical surface of the lens barrel. Another O-ring is inserted between an outer cylindrical surface of tip of the lens barrel and an inner cylindrical surface of tip of the front case.

摘要： An enclosure for a wildlife surveillance assembly includes a base configured to house a surveillance assembly and a cover coupled to the base with a hinge so as to permit rotating movement therebetween. In addition, the enclosure includes a locking assembly that secures the enclosure to a mounting structure. And prevents removal of the enclosure from the mounting structure without opening the cover of the enclosure. The base further preferably includes first and second compartments that are environmentally isolated from one another and includes openings to accommodate the locking assembly. In the preferred embodiment, the locking mechanism includes a flexible cable having opposed ends, with an abutment coupled to one of the ends. A collar is slidably coupled to the flexible cable and adapted to be locked to the flexible cable at a desired position.
