    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed for enhancing operable functionality of input source code files from a software program by preprocessing input source code files with codeword processing operations to generate a plurality of preprocessed input source code files, identifying candidate code snippets by pruning one or more preprocessed input source code files that do not meet a similarity threshold measure for library functions stored in the system library, and identifying at least a first validated code snippet from the one or more candidate code snippets that matches a first library function stored in the system memory on the basis of at least first and second matching metrics.

    Abstract: A solution is provided to ensure that messages in a message broker are handled by one and only one version of a microservice application despite there being multiple versions of the microservice application running in parallel. More particularly, one version of the microservice application is designated as the leader while the others are designated as followers. When a follower has a tenant that is then promoted to be handled by the leader via a tenant assignment change, a specialized process is started by the leader that determines the current offset with the offset where the follower stopped handling messages for that tenant. If the current offset is greater, then a specialized rewind operation is performed to process any unprocessed events from the gap. If the current offset is less or equal, then a specialized fast-forward operation is performed to discard the messages addressed to the promoted tenants on the follower.

    Abstract: A method for deploying executable programming code, in real-time, leveraging an augmented reality (“AR”) device may be provided. The AR device may be a part of a network of AR devices. Each AR device within the network may be in electronic communication with each other during a duration of time that data displayed is captured, converted, analyzed, code generated and further visualized as a preview in an AR display through the AR device. The method may include capturing, continuously, images of data displayed on a display screen. The method may further include analyzing each captured image in order to identify a captured image comprising a plurality of text associated with computer processing steps for processing a set of documents. In response to the identifying, converting the captured image into a text file and searching to find an optimal function for each step in the set of computer processing steps.

    Abstract: A hardware parameter setting method and an electronic device are provided. The method includes following steps. A hardware start event which reflects that target hardware equipment is in a startup status is detected. In response to the hardware start event, a hardware parameter setting interface presenting at least one parameter setting item associated with the target hardware equipment is presented on a display. A user operation corresponding to the hardware parameter setting interface is received. In response to the user operation, parameter setting information is provided to a hardware control interface corresponding to the target hardware equipment. A parameter setting is performed on the target hardware equipment through the hardware control interface.

    Abstract: Machine learning based firmware optimization can include iteratively producing different versions of firmware for operating a physical memory device within a respective defined acceptable range of values for different operational parameters. Iteratively producing different versions of firmware can include deploying an initial version of firmware on a digital twin of the physical memory device, determining an initial value of a performance parameter based on operation of the digital twin according to the initial version of firmware, producing a modified version of firmware, deploying the modified version of firmware on the digital twin, and determining a next value of the performance parameter based on operation of the digital twin according to the modified version of firmware. One of the different versions of firmware that achieves a target value for the performance parameter can be provided for deployment on the physical memory device.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to method and system for identifying suspicious code contribution of a user to a source code repository. The method includes receiving a plurality of updated code files of a source code repository from a user through an event. The method further includes extracting a plurality of user action parameters from the event corresponding to each of the plurality of updated code files. A comparison between layers of a base container image corresponding to a current version of an operand and layers of a custom container image built by a user is performed using an operator. It is determined whether the user utilized a correct base container image to build the custom container image based on the comparison between the layers of the base container image corresponding to the current version of the operand and the layers of the custom container image built by the user. A runtime is generated in a cluster of host nodes to provide a service based on the custom container image in response to determining that the user utilized the correct base container image to build the custom container image.
