    摘要: An actuator used with a load switch having a rotary drive shaft extending along a drive axis and carrying a cam and with an interrupter having an operating rod displaceable longitudinally of itself and generally perpendicular to the drive axis has a frame defining upper and lower pivots having respective upper and lower axes spaced from each other and generally parallel to the drive axis. An output parallelogrammatic linkage has an output link having upper and lower ends, movable between an upper and a lower position, and formed with an aperture alignable axially with the input-link aperture and an output coupling formation connected longitudinally on the rod so that on movement between the upper and lower positions the interrupter is operated. An input parallelogrammatic linkage has an input link formed with an aperture and an input coupling formation bearing radially on the cam so that rotation of the cam vertically displaces the input link between its upper and lower positions. A spring braced vertically in the windows in a position with the windows aligned axially bears upward on all the upper links and downward on all the lower links. Respective upper and lower stops on the frame engageable with the output link in respective upper and lower positions arrest same therein. Respective upper and lower release formations on the input linkage engage the stops on displacement of the input link into the respective upper and lower positions to release the output link from them.

    摘要: The invention concerns a double-motion circuit breaker comprising primary and secondary movable contacts slidingly mounted within primary and secondary holders, wherein the primary movable contact comprises a tulip and a contact cylinder attached thereto, and the secondary movable contact comprises a pin for engaging the tulip but no counter-contact for engaging the contact cylinder. The circuit breaker also has a non-linear linkage mechanism with a pin and slot mechanism, and a fixed dielectric shield provided on the secondary holder. During disconnection, the linkage mechanism is preferably arranged to move the pin more than the tulip, proportionally to their maximum stroke, so as to quickly bring the pin tip within the fixed dielectric shield, whereafter the tulip moves more than the pin. This circuit breaker is cheaper, lighter and can be disconnected more quickly.

The operating mechanism includes a main lever that rotates upon receiving the spring force by a shutoff spring released in a transition to a shutoff condition to move a movable contact apart from an opposing contact, and the main lever is linked with a sub lever fixed to a sub shaft rotatable around its shaft. The sub shaft is fixed with a latch lever with a roller attached to the tip thereof. The latch lever is prevented from rotating by a latch present on a movement trajectory of the roller. A weight is pushed against the latch in a separable manner, and the weight is pushed by an actuator to allow the latch to rotate, thereby being retracted from the movement trajectory of the roller.

    摘要: A levering and holding device is provided for positioning large circuit breakers in a switchgear compartment or cell. The levering and holding device comprises a box beam which can be secured to the cell walls and a rotatable threaded shaft which is connected to the beam. A threaded shaft has a nut threaded thereon and has one end fixed to the beam. The thread shaft may be rotated with a crank. The breaker is attached to the nut, and as the shaft is rotated, the nut is moved along the shaft and moves the breaker into position. Interlocks are provided to prevent the breaker from being levered into the cell when the beam is not engaged in the cell wall and to prevent the beam from being disengaged from the cell wall unless the breaker is in a fully disengaged position. Another interlock is provided so that when the breaker is closed and in the operating position the threaded shaft cannot be rotated to lever out the breaker.
