    摘要: A cable connection structure is provided, which has circuit boards of an electronic apparatus connected to each other by a shielded cable for transmission of signals, which is capable of effectively suppressing radiated electromagnetic waves due to resonance from the shielded cable and the circuit boards in an inexpensive and simple manner. At least two connectors are provided on at least two circuit boards, respectively, and a shielded cable connects the circuit boards to each other via the connectors. The shielded cable has a shielding conductor as a covering. The shielding conductor is conductively connected to the metal casing at a position spaced from a position where the shielding conductor and one of the connectors are connected to each other by a distance which is less than a value obtained by multiplying ½ of a wavelength at an upper limit frequency of relevant radiated electromagnetic waves emitted from the shielded cable or ½ of a wavelength at a regulated upper limit frequency of radiated electromagnetic waves by a wavelength reduction ratio at the shielding conductor.

    摘要: A spacer device for maintaining separation of a plurality of utility lines. The spacer includes a series of non-conductive, insulator members extending in longitudinally spaced relation to one another along a common longitudinal axis, and being interconnected to one another by an elongated rod which also extends along the common longitudinal axis. The insulator members each include respective conductor engaging portions, body portions, and a passageway extending longitudinally therethrough. The rod engages and extends through the passageways of each insulator member. The conductor engaging portions each include bar members that have a v-shaped notch removed therefrom to facilitate stable and secure engagement of the insulator members on top the conductors.

    摘要: A ground connection bracket for securing coaxial cables to a grounding surface of, for example, a motor vehicle, includes first and second clamping members connected along a common edge by an integral hinge. Each of the clamping members is composed of a generally flat, rectangular panel and has two parallel side walls extending therefrom along edges perpendicular to the hinge edge. At least one contact projects from the panel of each clamping member, and generally semi-circular notches are formed in the side walls of the clamp members adjacent the contacts. A hole passes through the panel of one of the clamp members to receive a bolt for fastening the bracket to a grounding surface. One or more coaxial cables to be grounded are inserted between the clamping members so as to extend through the notches. A short length of insulation on each cable is stripped to expose the shield where the cables pass through the bracket. The clamping members are then bent relative to one another about the hinge, the side walls overlapping one another such that the notches therein grip the outer insulation of the cable and the contacts being urged against opposite sides of the exposed shield. The contacts are soldered to the shield to provide a reliable and long-lasting electrical connection.
