    摘要: A dielectric film formed on a porous valve metal body is contacted with an oxidizing agent and dried. Then, by contacting the dielectric film with a monomer solution for forming an electrolyte layer of electroconductive polymer, a electrolyte layer of a solid electrolytic capacitor is formed by an oxidative polymerization reaction. An oxidative polymerization retarding agent, which delays the oxidative polymerization reaction, is added to at least one of the solutions, an oxidant solution and a monomer solution. The oxidative polymerization retarding agent delays the oxidative polymerization reaction when it contacts with the oxidant and monomer. As a result, the permeation of the monomer for forming an electroconductive polymer layer into small pores increases, and the covering rate of the electroconductive polymer in small pores increases, which improves the capacitance appearance factor and the equivalent series resistance in high frequency region.

    摘要: A pedestal closure assembly has an upper housing section and a separate lower housing section, each of which include front walls, rear walls, and two side walls. These housing sections are structured and dimensioned for telescoping nesting with first and second positive locking mechanisms for a friction fit. These housing sections when locked together form an integral housing structure which has an interior space for protectively accommodating electrical, power supply or telecommunications equipment. This housing structure may be constructed of non-metallic material. The first positive locking mechanism and second locking mechanism may be positioned across from each other on opposite side walls of the housing sections, and, even more preferably, may be aligned diagonally from each other on opposite side walls of the housing sections. The lower housing section may include raised ribs to enhance the friction fit of the assembled housing sections.

    摘要: A pedestal for outdoor circuits including a vertically elongated rectangular housing having a substantial lower portion thereof mounted below grade and an integral upper portion projecting above grade. The lower portion has a lower opening for receiving conduits, cables or conductors without restriction. The upper portion has a rectangular opening for receiving selectively single or double gauged NEMA devices such as receptacles, switches, lights, etc. The area around the opening is drilled and tapped to standard NEMA specifications to easily mount the NEMA devices as well as cover plates, bezels and pivot cap covers. A long removable access cover panel fits under a peripheral rain deflector rib. This cover provides access to the wiring and to fasteners that mount the housing to a fixed abutment.

    摘要: An apparatus for mounting a shunt or tunable joint coupler (TJC) that receives a railroad track signal from a railroad track wire. A conductive support post having a lower portion inserted into a ground surface provides above-ground mounting of the track signal terminal device. The track signal terminal device is mounted onto the support post in an electrically insulated manner. A block terminal attached to the conductive support post includes electrical contact points for electrically coupling the railroad track wire with leads from the track signal terminal device and further includes electrical contact points for electrically coupling a lightning arrestor with the conductive support post. A removable housing is attached to the conductive support post for providing an exterior encasement for the block terminal and the track signal terminal device. Within the removable housing, an electrostatic shield that is grounded to the conductive support post surrounds an above-ground portion of the railroad track wire.
