摘要: Provided is a relay server capable of reducing network traffic when collecting large amounts of sensor data from a large number of sensor terminals. A relay server that collects sensor data from a plurality of sensor terminals and uploads the sensor data to a central server via a network includes a data collection unit that collects the sensor data from the plurality of sensor terminals, a relay data creation unit that calculates a presence of spatial overlaps between the collected sensor data, removes overlaps between the sensor data, and creates relay data integrating the sensor data, and an upload unit that uploads the relay data to the central server.

摘要: A method for rendering digital inking is presented. The method comprises receiving inking input at a local application window, and locally processing the received inking input to generate preliminary inking imagery for presentation in the local application window. Parameters of the received inking input are uploaded to a remote client for remote processing to generate finalized inking imagery. The preliminary inking imagery is updated based on the finalized inking imagery.

摘要: A method, system and computer program product for backup assignment of a mobile electronics device is disclosed. In response to one or more device assignment requests received by a controller apparatus when a server is operating in an off-line mode, one or more device assignment records are created within the controller apparatus, and which indicate assignment of the at least one mobile electronics device to a respective one or more users. When the server is operating in an off-line mode such that communication between the controller apparatus and the server is off-line, the one or more device assignment records, in relation to the at least one mobile electronics device, are stored in the controller apparatus. In response to the server re-entering the on-line mode, the server is updated with the one or more device assignment records.
