    摘要： An apparatus for combining planting implements enables an operator of a tractor to use both a conventional cultivating implement and a conventional broadcasting implement simultaneously. The apparatus is rigidly affixed to a conventional cultivating implement and comprises a support frame, a pair of brackets, and a connection bar. In combination, the support frame, pair of brackets, and connection bar provide a three-point connection whereby a conventional broadcasting implement may be attached thereto, thus enabling an operator of a tractor to use both a conventional cultivating implement and a conventional broadcasting implement simultaneously. In operation, at least a portion of the conventional cultivating implement is disposed behind the conventional broadcasting implement when the conventional broadcasting implement is attached to the support frame, thereby allowing simultaneous cultivation and broadcasting of constituents.

    摘要： A roller cleaning assembly for a grass processing apparatus, such as a grass or turf roller, has a roller housing releasably mountable in a hollow cavity in the body of a smoothing head, where the smoothing head contains idler or smoothing rollers. A pair of roller brushes is rotatably journalled in the roller housing, and are driven by the idler or smoothing rollers via friction drive rollers. Each brush roller has at least one spiral brush and/or spiral wiper blade to clean the external surfaces of the adjacent idler or smoothing rollers and deposits the clippings or other waste in collector sections in the roller housing.

The tillage support includes a tensioning link coupled to a tensioning device. The tensioning link includes a plurality of coupling points. The tillage support includes a leveling bar mount arm with at least one coupling point and capable of being independently rotated about an axis. The leveling bar mount arm can be coupled to the tensioning link by a coupling link, and the coupling link can be adjusted by an operator tool free. The coupling link can engage any of the at least one coupling point of the leveling bar mount arm and the coupling points of the tensioning link, and the tension can be adjusted by engaging different coupling points with the coupling link.

    摘要： U-shaped cushions, also known as shanks or spring members, resiliently support a gang of disks on the frame of a disk harrow. The agricultural disk cushion is manufactured from a round section of raw material which is lighter and more resistant to torsion related failure than traditional rectangular section shanks. Two leg portions are each tapered to have flat surfaces on opposite sides for flush fitting with mounting elements, while a central portion connecting them remains circular in cross section. The round cross section in this critical area can withstand severe omni-directional loading, as its resistance is equal in all directions The spring rate the leg portions of the disk cushion can be tailored individually to meet the requirements of the application.
