    摘要: An agricultural tilling assembly has an elongate structure, and at least one ground engaging tool sub-assembly. The sub-assembly includes a hub having a mounting portion, a ground engaging tool securable to the hub or integrally formed therewith, and a weight having a body with an open aperture having a mouth, the mouth configured for enabling the weight plate to be threaded over the elongate structure so that the elongate structure extends through the aperture, and the open aperture configured so that the weight plate is maneuverable over a portion of a length of the hub whilst in situ on the elongate structure and to be beatable on the mounting portion. The ground engaging tool is connectable to a respective one of the hubs of the tilling assembly whilst that hub is retained interconnected in situ on the tilling assembly, and without removing another ground engaging tool from the tilling assembly.

    摘要: A cultivator is provided for cultivating a field. The cultivator can have a frame with a tow assembly so that the cultivator can be towed by a tractor. A cultivating assembly can be provided pivotally attached to the rear of the frame. The cultivating assembly can have a plurality of discs that engage and penetrate the soil beneath the cultivating assembly. The cultivating assembly can have a center section pivotally connected at the to the rear end of the frame, a first wing section pivotally connected to one side of the center section, a second wing pivotally connected the other side of center section where all the sections have discs connected to them. A pair of ground wheels can be provided connected to the center section so that the ground wheels are positioned in front of the cultivating assembly when it is being used to cultivate a field.

    摘要: Apparatus and associated methods for a coulter disk system relate to a lateral actuator module having a programmably positionable control member that is coupled to a gang of coulter disks and is operable to position a control point of the coulter disks at a predetermined position between two opposing, laterally-spaced end-of-travel positions. In an exemplary embodiment, a gang may be mechanically connected to and laterally positioned by the control point. The predetermined position may be, in some examples, dynamically calculated according to a predetermined function and based on information about conditions of the soil in contact with the coulter disks. Various embodiments may dynamically adjust the position of a gang of coulter disks to dynamically and automatically optimize the conditioning effectiveness of the gang of coulter disks in response to parametric information about the soil conditions.

The implement has carrier frames pivotally connected to wheel assemblies for controlling the height of the carrier frames relative to the ground through hydraulic actuators acting on the wheel assemblies. A hydraulic control unit enables independent and individual control of each actuator through the use of three way valves that selectively connect or lock individual actuators.
