摘要: A combine harvester includes a conveyance mechanism for conveying grains obtained by a thresher for threshing grain culms reaped from a field to a grain tank, a measurer (340) for measuring the amount of grain conveyed to the grain tank as a conveyed yield, a yield assignment calculator (631) for calculating a minimal section yield, which is a yield per minimal section, by assigning the conveyed yield to a minimal section in the field, a grain conveyance state detector (632) for detecting a grain conveyance state of the conveyance mechanism (7), a yield corrector (633) for correcting the minimal section yield in accordance with the grain conveyance state, and a yield distribution data generator (661) for generating yield distribution data that represents a yield distribution in the field, based on the minimal section yield.

摘要: An unloading system for a harvester is described as including a crop delivery apparatus, an unloading structure and a belt. The crop delivery apparatus defines an outlet and is configured and positioned to propel a flow of crop material through the outlet such that a least a portion of the crop material is deposited onto the belt. The unloading structure is configured to receive the crop material from the crop delivery apparatus and has a structure including a conveyor tube portion extending along a longitudinal axis, the conveyor tube portion defining a passage therethrough having an open intake end. The belt extends from the intake end through the passage for transporting the crop material through the conveyor tube portion. A projection of the longitudinal axis of the conveyor tube portion of the unloading structure passes through an internal cross-sectional area defined by the outlet of the crop delivery apparatus.

摘要: A harvesting machine has a crop tank and a conveyor screw inside the tank which extends from a material inlet opening on a wall of the crop tank into the interior of the crop tank. The conveyor screw comprises at least one proximal portion adjacent to the material inlet opening and one distal portion spaced apart from the material inlet opening at least by the proximal portion. The proximal portion and distal portion are rotatable around conveying axes running in different directions. The conveyor screw can be operated in a work position in which the conveying axis of the distal portion is oriented to be steeper than the conveying axis of the proximal portion.

摘要: A method for analyzing the composition of a grain-MOG mixture comprising a kernel fraction and an MOG-fraction. The method includes steps of receiving a grain-MOG mixture, at a thermal excitation location, subjecting a sample volume of the grain-MOG mixture to a thermal excitation using a thermal excitator, generating a thermal image at an imaging location of at least a surface of the sample volume of the grain-MOG mixture that has been subjected to the thermal excitation, processing the thermal image and therewith obtaining data representing the temperature distribution over the thermal image, and relating the temperature distribution to the share of the kernel fraction in the grain-MOG mixture. A device for analyzing the composition of a grain-MOG mixture comprising a kernel fraction and an MOG-fraction is also provided.

摘要: An agricultural harvester includes a threshing and separating system for separating grain from non-grain crop material, and a residue handling system for receiving at least a portion of the non-grain crop material. The residue handling system includes a chopper and a windrow arrangement, each having an inlet. A door is movable between a closed position which directs the non-grain crop material to the chopper and an open position which directs the non-grain crop material to the windrow arrangement. A feed roller is positioned adjacent to and between the inlet of the chopper and windrow arrangement. The feed roller is rotatable in a first direction which directs the non-grain crop material to the chopper when the door is in the closed position, and a second direction which directs the non-grain crop material to the windrow arrangement when the door is in the open position.

摘要: In one aspect, a method for unloading harvested crop from an agricultural harvester may include monitoring a quantity of the harvested crop discharged from the harvester based on sensor data indicative of the quantity of the harvested crop discharged from the harvester. The method may further include controlling an operation of a flow control device of the harvester to halt transfer of the harvested crop from a crop tank of the harvester to a crop discharge system of the harvester when a first quantity of the harvested crop has been discharged from the harvester. Additionally, the method may include continuing to control an operation of the crop discharge system after halting further transfer of the harvested crop from the crop tank to the crop discharge system to convey any remaining harvested crop contained within the crop discharge system to the discharge location.
