    摘要: A concealed sprinkler includes a body that defines an outlet, a seal that seals the outlet, an activation element coupled with the seal, a housing that defines a chamber around the activation element, a cover plate removably coupled with the housing, and a wall coupled with or extending from the cover plate to direct air flow to the activation element. The activation element changes from a first state to a second state responsive to a fire condition to allow the seal to be displaced from the outlet. The cover plate is removably coupled with the housing such that a duration of time between decoupling of the cover plate from the housing responsive to the fire condition and changing of the activation element from the first state to the second state responsive to the fire condition is less than a threshold duration of time.

    摘要: A nozzle for atomizing and dispersing a discharge flow of a fluid, and a spacing plate for use in the nozzle is disclosed. The nozzle includes a bonnet, including an inlet port for receiving the fluid in the nozzle, and a first surface extending outward from the inlet port. The nozzle includes at least one deflector base, including a second surface arranged opposite to the first surface. At least one spacing plate is arranged between the first surface of the bonnet and the second surface of the deflector base. The spacing plate includes at least one gap extending through the spacing plate in its perpendicular direction (P) and extending from the outer periphery of the spacing plate to a distance (D) towards the inner section of the spacing plate. A discharge port is fluidly connected to the inlet port allowing the fluid to flow from the inlet port to surroundings of the nozzle. The discharge port is created between the first and the second surface and defined by the at least one gap of the spacing plate.

    摘要: A fire extinguishing system for an energy storage device having a battery rack for a battery module, the fire extinguishing system including a sensing unit configured to detect when a value of one or more of a temperature of the battery module, a voltage of the battery module, or smoke from the battery module is higher than a preset threshold value; and a fire extinguishing unit configured to provide a fire extinguishing agent to the battery module when the sensing unit detects that the value is higher than the preset threshold value, the fire extinguishing unit including a heat-sensitive member. The heat-sensitive member is positioned at a battery cell vent hole for a battery cell in the battery module. The heat-sensitive member is configured to allow the fire extinguishing agent into the vent hole by being melted when a temperature of the heat-sensitive member is higher than a predetermined temperature.
