The coating composition may be configured to chemically bond with a cured primer composition that includes an epoxy.

摘要: Stable, carbene-functionalized composite materials and methods and uses thereof are provided. The carbene-functionalized composite materials comprise a material having a metal surface and a carbene layer that is uniform, contaminant-free (metal oxide, etc), and more stable than thiol-functionalized monolayers. 摘要: Fire protection sprinkler assemblies and methods of use in corrosive environments. The sprinkler assemblies include a corrosion resistant sprinkler frame made of a gradient material. The gradient material includes a polymeric layer interlocked about a corrosion-prone core in order to protect the frame structure from a corrosive environment. The interlock between the core and the protective polymer layers are defined by ionic bonding between the core and the outer polymer layer.

摘要: Methods for coating a working wire for a continuous biological sensor include providing a plurality of wires in a fixture and dipping the plurality of wires into a coating solution according to parameters for a dipping process. A plurality of diameters is measured along a length of at least two coated wires of the plurality of wires in the fixture, using an automated measurement system, as in an in-line process. A controller that is in communication with the automated measurement system determines a thickness difference, the thickness difference being a difference between a thickness setpoint and an aggregate criteria for the plurality of diameters. The controller calculates adjusted parameters for the dipping process based on the thickness difference.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a polymer-enhanced pipeline element, in particular of a fire extinguishing installation, and to a pipeline element and a pipeline system of a fire extinguishing installation. It is proposed according to the invention to provide a first a first and a second hollow body, to align in each case one encircling edge surface of the hollow bodies with one another, to weld the two hollow bodies to one another along the encircling edge surfaces such that an encircling weld seam is generated which has a root extending on the inside of the pipeline element, and to apply a polymer-based layer to the inside of the pipeline element, wherein the polymer-based layer completely covers the inside of the pipe element and the root of the weld seam.

摘要: Disclosed are a poly dopamine film and a preparation method and application thereof. The polydopamine film is loaded with silver sulfadiazine, and the preparation method achieves in-situ synthesis of si sulfadiazine on a conventional polydopamine film by microwave irradiation. In the method, the sulfadiazine is not dissolved in conventional aqueous ammonia, which has the following advantages: firstly, preventing the polydopamine film from being corroded by the aqueous ammonia; secondly, protecting mucosa such as eyes and nasal cavities of workers from stimulation and corrosion of the aqueous ammonia; and thirdly, avoiding the environmental problem caused by pungent odor and fumes emitted from high-concentration aqueous ammonia. In the method, without using the catalyst trifluoromethanesulfonic acid or trifluoromethanesulfonic salt, not only is the loading of silver sulfadiazine increased, but also the safely performance can be further improved.
