摘要: The present invention relates to a set of coupling assemblies comprising a right coupling assembly and a left coupling assembly being configured to be mounted on aboard for board sports and to receive respectively a right boot and a left boot, wherein the right and left coupling assembly comprise an inner receiving unit and outer receiving unit, wherein each inner receiving unit comprises a locking arm which is pivotable about a main inner pivot axis from a locked position to a released position and vice versa, wherein each inner receiving unit comprises a pull mechanism comprising:—at least one elongate interlink member which extends between the two inner receiving units, and—a link pull member configured to engage the boot or the inner boot coupling part and to receive a pull force from the boot or boot coupling part when the boot or boot coupling part is no longer held by the coupling assembly and moves away from the coupling assembly, and to be pulled over a pull distance by said boot or by the boot coupling part, wherein the pull mechanism is configured to transfer the pull force and the pull distance to the at least one elongate interlink member, and to convert the pull distance in an interlink pull distance of the elongate interlink member, and wherein said interlink pull distance pivots the locking arm of the other coupling assembly from the locking position to the released position, thereby releasing the other boot.

摘要: A flat board as a base plate of a binding for splitboards with holders for the bindings' fixation on skis that are joined together to form a snowboard that has a circular slit (or opening) formed in a central part of the board. The circular slit is equipped with a perimeter recess for removable fixation of a contact ring which is, on its inner perimeter, equipped with two pairs of opposed dents (or indentations) that are designed for connection with a holder. The contact ring is also modified between the dents (or indentations) for insertion of end pins of a locking eccentric. The locking eccentric is formed by an axial shaft with end pins protruding from end hubs formed at both ends of the axial shaft.

摘要: A steering system for a snowboard includes two binding interface pods, one of which may be active and one of which may be passive. Rotation or tilting of a top plate of the active binding interface pod in response to rotation or tilting of the rider's steering foot causes counter-rotation of a steering fin under the rider's steering foot. The passive binding interface pod is responsive via a linkage between the active and passive binding interface pods to cause rotation of a steering fin under the rider's non-steering foot. Coordinated counter-rotation of the steering fins causes the board to turn in the direction of rotation of the rider's steering foot when the steering fins are unaligned. Optionally, both binding pods may be active in steering, i.e. enabling two footed steering.

摘要: A flat board as a base plate of binding for splitboards with holders for its fixation on skis joined into a snowboard has a circular slit formed in the central part of the board. The circular slit is equipped with a perimeter recessing for demountable fixing of a contact ring which is on its inner perimeter equipped with two couples of opposed dents designed for connection with a holder. The contact ring is also modified between the dents for insertion of end pins of locking eccentric. The locking eccentric is formed by an axial shaft with end pins protruding from end hubs formed at the both ends of the axial shaft.

摘要: Provided herein are various embodiments for a boot for releasable engagement with a binding having a downwardly facing ledge and a toe strap. The boot preferably contains a sole, a toe portion, and a heel portion. The boot preferably also contains a heel retaining device extending rearwardly from the heel portion of the boot and having an upwardly facing engagement surface at the top of the device which engages with the downwardly facing ledge of the binding to prevent vertical movement of the boot relative to the binding while allowing forward horizontal movement of the boot relative to the binding.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to splitboard bindings. The splitboard bindings can be used to change a splitboard between a snowboard for riding downhill in a ride mode and touring skis for climbing up a hill in a tour mode. The bindings can have a first interface and a second interface configured to engage and disengage. The interfaces can be configured such that a binding has large clearances for easy transitions. The first interface can be configured with a locking mechanism. The second interface can be configured to remove large clearances between the first interface and second interface, when the locking mechanism of the first interface is engaged with the second interface, allowing the first interface to attach tightly to the second interface and splitboard to improve the ride of the splitboard.

摘要: A snow ski assembly is provided for use by an individual to slide across a snow covered surface, for example, under the force of gravity. The assembly includes a ski having a bottom wall for engaging a snow covered surface and an upturned peripheral region extending around a perimeter of the bottom wall to help facilitate sliding movement of the ski across a snow covered surface in any direction, without preference to a particular direction, and to help inhibit the ski from digging into the snow covered surface when sliding across the snow covered surface. The assembly also includes a mounting feature for coupling a binding to the bottom wall of the ski, such that an individual can position a foot in the binding and use the ski to slide across the snow covered surface.

摘要: The present invention comprises a fairing apparatus for a snowboard comprising a raised structure that may be positioned adjacent to the user's binding, having a geometry that deflects snow or ice away from the user's bindings and boots. In various exemplary embodiments, the raised structure may comprise two forward extending ridges located near the edges of the snowboard. In various exemplary embodiments, the forward extending ridges may extend laterally beyond the edges of the snowboard and may generate lift as the apparatus moves through snow or ice.
