摘要: The present disclosure provides a deburring apparatus and a deburring method that does not require a positioning engagement part that is engaged with a fixed part of a machine tool. The deburring apparatus (10) includes a housing (1) with a shank (11), a transmission rod (3), a recovery rod (5), a tilting shaft (4), a spring (6), a holder (7), and a rotary-to-rectilinear motion conversion mechanism (9) with a plunger (8). The spring forces the recovery rod toward the tilting shaft. The holder for fixing the cutter (101) is arranged on the tilting shaft in a manner rotatable through a predetermined rotation angle. The rotary-to-rectilinear motion conversion mechanism separates the first flange portion from the second flange portion and brings the plunger into contact with the recovery rod on the tilting axis (43) when the holder rotates in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the shank (11).

摘要: A refacing tool includes a feed assembly that holds a first set of cutters positioned for refacing the inner shoulder of a pin or box end of a tubular and a second set of cutters positioned for refacing the outer shoulder of the pin or box end. The axial spacing between the first set of cutters and the second set of cutters is fixed and determined by the geometry of the feed assembly. The refacing tool can simultaneously reface the inner shoulder and the outer shoulder, as well as chamfers.

摘要: A lower drill tool that is structurally configured to receive a bracket, and, to cooperate with an upper drill tool having a pair of spaced apart drill bits. The lower drill tool has part receiving surface, a pair of spaced apart drill bores, a central bore, a centering nub and a biasing member. The drill bores extend downwardly away from the part receiving surface. The central bore is between the drill bores and extends downwardly away from the part receiving surface. The centering nub is slidable within the central bore, and has an upper tip extendable beyond the part receiving surface, positionable between an extended position and a partially retracted position. The upper tip has a conical configuration. The biasing member is positioned within the central bore and biases the centering nub toward the extended position. A drill system and a method are also disclosed.

摘要: A lateral disc cutter for morcellating and decorticating tissue of an intervertebral disc from between adjacent vertebrae. The device can be arranged in a retracted configuration for insertion via an access tube, and in an extended configuration for cutting of tissue in the target region. The blades may be extended to contact the concave endplate in an orientation that is substantially parallel to a mid-plane of the intervertebral disc. Blades of the device may be configured with a convex profile that substantially conforms to the concave shape of the endplate for enhanced contact length between the blade and the endplate. In some embodiments, the blades are configured for removal and replacement without need for tools, with the blades selectively determining a maximum displacement width of the morecellator assembly.

The safety device has a rotationally symmetric body with openings through which removed burrs move, a circular outer guard, a mounting portion with legs and a hexagonal mounting contour corresponding with an interior bore of the driven shaft and configured such that a driving connection of the countersink only occurs when the safety device is assembled and overlaps the transition area with a protective contour.
