摘要: A fluid cargo handling system includes a marine manifold tower system and a floating marine platform on which is carried a liquid manifold assembly which is coupled to a cryogenic liquid transfer hose extending from the floating marine platform to the marine manifold tower system. The cryogenic liquid transfer hose is also connected to a cryogenic hose manifold assembly mounted on the marine manifold tower system. The marine manifold tower system includes an elongated tower having a first end secured to the seabed and a second end supporting the cryogenic hose manifold assembly, elevating the cryogenic hose manifold assembly above the water surface. The floating marine platform moves between a first position adjacent the marine manifold tower system and a second position, spaced apart from the marine manifold tower system, where the floating marine platform is in fluid communication with a fluid cargo transport vessel.

摘要: A system and method by which energy from ocean waves is converted into hydrogen, and that hydrogen is used to manifest electrical and mechanical energies by an energy consuming device. A portion of the generated electrical power is communicated to water electrolyzers which produce oxygen and hydrogen from water as gases. At least a portion of the generated hydrogen gas is transferred to a transportation ship via a hose-carrying, remotely operated (or otherwise unmanned) vehicle, and subsequently transferred to an energy-consuming module or infrastructur, where a portion of the hydrogen is consumed in order to manifest a generation of electrical energy, a mechanical motion, and/or a chemical reaction.

摘要: The system (10) for the transfer of fluid comprises a tubular fluid transfer line (2) comprising at one of its ends a coupling system (32) adapted to be connected to a target duct (33) for the transfer of fluid, and electrical actuators (11-13) for controlling the movement of the transfer line in space, each via an actuating shaft, characterized in that each of the actuators for controlling the movement of the transfer line comprises an electric motor with an output shaft, a speed reducer, the actuating shaft being rotationally driven by the motor output shaft by means of the speed reducer, which is reversible, so as to enable the actuating shaft to turn when an actuating torque is directly applied to it, and braking means for locking the actuator in position when movement control is in course and that actuator is not activated for that control.

摘要: This invention provides a means of loading, processing and conditioning raw production gas, production of CGL, storage, transport, and delivery of pipeline quality natural gas or fractionated products to market. The CGL transport vessel utilizes a pipe based containment system to hold more densely packed constituents of natural gas held within a light hydrocarbon solvent than it is possible to attain for natural gas alone under such conditions. The containment system is supported by process systems for loading and transporting the natural gas as a liquid and unloading the CGL from the containment system and then offloading it in the gaseous state. The system can also be utilized for the selective storage and transport of NGLs to provide a total service package for the movement of natural gas and associated gas production. The mode of storage is suited for both marine and land transportation and configured in modular form to suit a particular application and/or scale of operation.
