摘要: A fluid cargo handling system includes a quick release manifold system mounted on a floating marine platform. The quick release manifold system has a first valve in fluid communication with the first end of a first fluid transfer hose to control fluid flow within the first fluid transfer hose. A first coupler is attached to the first valve. The first coupler has a first port in fluid communication with the first valve, a second port, a purging fluid inlet and a waste fluid outlet. A drain tank is in fluid communication with the first coupler via the waste fluid outlet, and a pressurized fluid source carried is in fluid communication with the first coupler via the purging fluid inlet.

摘要: An LNG tank as disclosed can include an inner shell of stainless steel and an outer shell spaced at a distance from the inner shell, the inner and outer shells defining an isolation space therebetween. A double-walled pipe of stainless steel connected to the LNG tank can include an inner pipe. The outer wall of the pipe can be connected to the inner shell by a bellows-like pipe fitting welded to the outer wall of the pipe(s) and to the inner shell of the tank. The inner pipe for extending into a tank room can be connected to a valve in a valve block, and the outer wall of the pipe extending into the tank room can be welded to the valve block to provide a continuous secondary barrier for the inner pipe between the inner shell of the tank and the valve block.

摘要: The present invention includes: a valve main body including a filling port through which a fuel gas is filled in a tank and an output port through which the fuel gas in the tank is output; and a jet flow deflection piece through which the fuel gas to be filled through the filling port is ejected at a predetermined angle relative to an axial direction of the tank. The jet flow deflection piece includes: a fuel ejecting portion including an ejection port through which the fuel gas is ejected into the tank; and a temperature measuring portion in which a temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature of the fuel gas to be filled in the tank is provided. Thus, the temperature of the fuel gas when filling the fuel tank with the fuel gas can be precisely measure and monitored.

摘要: A gas pressure regulator adapted for being mounted to a gas cylinder is provided. The gas pressure regulator includes a body defining a front portion and opposed side portion and a plurality of gas pressure indicators mounted to the front portion of the body. A bonnet is mounted to an exterior portion of the body, and a pressure adjustment knob is mounted to one of the side portions of the body, proximate the bonnet, and horizontally relative to a longitudinal axis of the pressurized gas cylinder. An energy absorbing device is operatively engaged with the pressure adjustment knob and the bonnet, the energy absorbing device being capable of absorbing energy from impact loads imposed on the pressure adjustment knob.

摘要: Method of operating a hydrogen dispensing where pressure relief is provided through block and bleed valves. After dispensing hydrogen from a dispensing station where the hydrogen is cooled during dispensing, trapped hydrogen remains in the transfer lines. During the idle time between refueling vehicles, the temperature of the trapped hydrogen increases resulting in an increase in the pressure of the trapped hydrogen. Block and bleed valves operate to relieve the pressure in the transfer lines.

摘要: A sealed and insulating reservoir contains a pressurized cold fluid in a rigid, sealed enclosure. A fluidtight membrane is positioned to contact the cold fluid contained in the reservoir. An insulating barrier is placed between the fluidtight membrane and the internal surface of the rigid enclosure, with the insulating barrier forming a support surface to support the fluidtight membrane. A pressure balancing device is able to limit the pressure difference between a first sealed volume located inside the fluidtight membrane, and a second sealed volume located outside the fluidtight membrane. The pressure balancing device typically includes a fluid circuit having two chambers sealingly separated by a movable separator. The first chamber is linked to the first sealed volume, and the second chamber is linked to the second sealed volume. The movable separator exerts a loading force in the direction of the second chamber.
