    摘要: A conveyor that includes a conveyor frame, a first guide rail assembly, a divert unit having a switch assembly, and an alignment key is described. In this regard, the first guide rail assembly is positioned on a first portion of the conveyor frame such that rails of the first guide rail assembly extends along a length of the conveyor. In some examples, the first guide rail includes a first guide rail and a second guide rail positioned parallel to the first guide rail. Further, the first guide rail defines a groove along a length of the first guide rail assembly. Furthermore, according to some examples, the switch assembly defines a key slot. The key slot is adapted to enable the alignment key to pass through the key slot and further into the groove of the first guide rail, thereby, aligning the switch assembly on the first guide rail.

    摘要: A conveyor construction for a continuous belt conveyor. The conveyor includes a conveyor frame assembly constructed from a plurality of separate extruded and joined frame sections. The frame assembly can include a pair of side frame extrusions joined to a center frame extrusion by a pair of attachment rails. The conveyor construction further includes a series of spindle mounting assemblies that support a tensioning spindle on opposite ends of the conveyor frame. Each of the spindle mounting assemblies includes a gear rack and a pinion head that is rotatable to move the gear racks. The gear racks contact one of a pair of head plates that support the tensioning spindle relative to the frame.

The apparatus includes a first guiderail for at least partially forming a conveying path for articles on the conveyor. A guiderail adjuster includes a flexible or collapsible support, which make take the form of a linkage, and which provides support for the first guiderail along the conveyor. The flexible or collapsible support is adapted for being extended and retracted along a support rail extending in the conveying direction to selectively position the first guiderail relative to the conveyor, and thereby alter (increase or decrease) the width of the conveying path.     摘要: A coupling block is provided to dynamically adjust a difference in height between a first support structure and a second support structure attached to a conveyor frame. The coupling block includes at least one rotating cam attached to the coupling block. The rotating cam is actuated to move at least a portion of the coupling block about an axis to compensate for a height difference between the first support structure and the second support structure. A cam adjuster is also accessible from an outer face of the of the conveyor frame to change a direction of rotation of the at least one rotating cam.

    摘要: The present disclosure is directed toward a two-conveyor mechanical conveyor belt system for granulated raw materials including a first conveyor that may be larger than a second conveyor. Both conveyors are configured to be mounted onto a mobile base such that the conveyor system has dimensions similar to a trailer for conventional cargo transport truck. The conveyor system may be used for loading and unloading granulated raw materials, preferably silica sand, into transporting trailers that are suitable for feedstock. The longer-length conveyor belt of the first conveyor defines a transporting belt. The second conveyor may be configured to be positioned between the first conveyor and a trailer, and includes a shorter-length belt that defines a connecting belt disposed between the first conveyor and the trailer. The configuration of the first and second conveyors provides an airtight or otherwise sealed connection between a raw materials-transporting trailer and a specialized container.
