摘要: A removable raised tray system for a printing system generally includes a removable tray operatively arranged to receive print media thereon. The removable tray includes an upper tray surface having an electrically conductive material, a lower tray surface, and at least one tray leg that is connected to the removable tray, which is configured to support the removable tray at a position that is raised relative to a platform surface of a printer feeder or stacker. The at least one leg includes a releasable fastening assembly, such as a rare earth magnet, that releasably secures the removable tray to the platform surface thereby allowing the tray to easily attached and removed from the printer feeder or stacker. The electrically conductive material of the tray surface and the platform surface are electrically conductively connected to one another so as to prevent the build-up of static electricity.

摘要: A stacker includes a medium stacking portion for receiving and stacking a medium processed and discharged by a processing unit, a medium butting portion for aligning the medium by contacting a leading end of the medium, and a paddle that includes a feeding portion and is for transporting the medium received by the medium stacking portion in a direction toward the medium butting portion by rotating. Furthermore, the stacker has a first mode in which the paddle stops in a state in which the feeding portion does not contact the medium on the medium stacking portion and a second mode in which the paddle stops in a state in which the feeding portion comes into contact with the medium on the medium stacking portion and is deformed.

摘要: A device for delivering print shop products supplied in a product stream in two separate stacks contains a transport belt on which the print shop products are deposited, a first deflection roller, a second deflection roller arranged in an horizontal plane with the first deflection roller, a third deflection roller arranged below the second deflection roller, and a stationary fourth deflection roller arranged below the third deflection roller and guiding the transport belt. An actuator jointly moves the second and third deflection rollers in parallel with a horizontal plane from a first delivery position, in which the print shop products are transported to a first stop, into a second delivery position, in which the print shop products are transported to a further stop. First and second first adjustment devices change a distance between the bottom of the respective first and second product receiving spaces and the horizontal plane.

摘要: A sheet-type medium stacking device is provided, through which the sheet-type media are stacked piece by piece and a whole stack of media don't wriggle and draw back. The device includes a piece-by-piece sheet-type media conveying mechanism, an upper conveyor belt, an arc-shaped stacking plate, a movable blocking mechanism, a sensor device and a control unit. An acanthus-shaped protruding rib is arranged at a position, at a distance of a length of one sheet of the sheet-type medium from the movable blocking mechanism, on the arc-shaped surface of the arc-shaped stacking plate, and the acanthus-shaped protruding rib allows the sheet-type media to pass only in a discharging direction. The acanthus-shaped protruding rib is provided with a stop surface and a derivation surface, thus the sheet-type media may only be transmitted along one direction and the movements thereof are irreversible.

摘要: A paper sheet stacking unit (paper sheet stacking apparatus) includes a coil provided in a stacking space with an axis of the coil intersecting an expected stacking surface and a bottom end of the coil being in proximity to the expected stacking surface. The coil spins about the coil axis, while holding a rim of an entering bill, to move the entering bill toward the expected stacking surface, and then releases the hold of the rim of the entering bill to stack the bill on the expected stacking surface. The coil also presses the bills stacked on the expected stacking surface. That is, the coil has both functions of guiding unit and pressing unit of bills.
