摘要： The present invention provides a kind of sleeping pillow complying with the spinal medical theories, including the pillow case and fillers. The space enclosed by the said pillow case is divided into the isolated head bearing area and neck bearing area, and the said head bearing area is divided into the middle dented face-up sleeping head bearing area and the side sleeping head bearing area whose sides are higher. The said neck bearing area is divided into the face-up sleeping neck bearing area set in the middle and the side sleeping neck bearing area set on both sides of the said face-up sleeping neck bearing area. The height of the said the side sleeping neck bearing area is not lower than that of the said face-up sleeping neck bearing area. The adjustable sleeping pillow in the present invention that makes the body pressure balanced has a standalone head bearing area and neck bearing area, which can avoid random movement of fillers to ensure the stability of the pillow shape; moreover, the head bearing area is provided with the face-up sleeping and side sleeping bearing areas at different heights, which make a human head feel naturally comfortable while a person is sleeping. The neck bearing area can make the neck closely fit to the sleeping pillow during side sleeping and face-up sleeping giving the neck a mild support force.

摘要： The present invention relates to non-sewn down bedding including a partition wall provided with a unique non-sewn partition wall member and an edge portion finished to have a special structure, thereby greatly simplifying the bedding manufacturing process, reducing costs and improving productivity while inhibiting down from escaping through the edge portion. Therefore, the quality of a finished product may be very high. A non-sewn bedding item according to the present invention includes a bedding outer cover having an upper fabric and a lower fabric, the upper fabric and the lower fabric defining an inner space, a partition wall member configured to divide the inner space into a plurality of compartment spaces such that each of the compartment spaces is filled with down, the partition wall allowing air to flow between the compartment spaces and restricting movement of the down between the compartment spaces, and an edge finish portion formed at an edge of the bedding item to inhibit the down from escaping from each of the compartment spaces.

摘要： A pillow system set comprises a curved, U-shaped main pillow. The main pillow is both flexible and firm to permit it to wrap around a user while nursing an infant. A separate companion pillow is included in the pillow system set. In one embodiment the companion pillow is round or circular. The companion pillow may be used in 1 of 2 ways: 1) to place within a user's hip, when seated, under the main pillow, to prop up one side of the main pillow when wrapped around a user's waist during feeding, and 2) as a toy for an infant. Some embodiments of the companion pillow may contain a rattle enclosed within an interior compartment of the pillow. An additional piece to the pillow system set is a flat, rectangular fabric or protective towel to serve dual-use: 1) to act as a protectant to the main pillow, preventing soils from penetrating the main pillow, and 2) as a burp cloth to lay over a user's shoulder while burping an infant.

摘要： In one embodiment, a method for making a pillow comprises cutting at least one piece of fabric to form a pair of skins that each comprise a midsection and two arm sections. The two skins are sewn together near their outer edges except for a portion of the mid section to form a shell defining and interior and having a middle region with an opening into the interior and two opposing arms extending from the middle region to form a well region. A fill material is blown into the interior of the shell until the pillow has a firmness defined by an IFD of at least about 20 Newtons with 25% deflection, and the opening in the middle region is closed.

摘要： A molded cushioning article is made by stuffing a bulky, tape-form nonwoven web such as sliver in a mold cavity and thereafter heat-treating the thus-formed molded form to fusion-bond intersecting points of fibers. Stuffing of the tape-form nonwoven web is effected by laying and superposing it in to-and-fro movements on a molding surface of a mold permeable to air with a space on a backside of the molding surface being kept under reduced pressure. The apparatus used has (a) means for feeding the tape-form nonwoven web into the mold, (b) a mold permeable to air, (c) a mold-supporting frame, (d) suction means for keeping the backside space under reduced pressure, (e) means for successively changing a positional correlation between means (a) and the molding surface, and (f) heat-treating means for fibers to be fusion-bonded.
