摘要： A transverse longitudinal-cylinder sewing machine includes an automatic thread loosening device, a tension adjustment mechanism, an automatic thread cutting bi-directional solenoid device and a differential fabric driving teeth displacement control device. The differential fabric driving teeth displacement control device consists of a primary transmission mechanism, first and second push mechanisms, a rocking mechanism, first and second adjustment mechanisms that are co-axle, and first and second fabric driving mechanisms located inside a cylinder normal to the co-axle. The second push mechanism has a linkage arm coupled on the co-axle that includes a bearing and a cam. The cam can generate eccentric movements to form an independent driving operation. The axial direction of the cylinder is directed towards the operator so that the axis of the cylinder is normal to the entire transverse work station of the sewing machine.

摘要： A sewing system that is smaller and more simple in construction than the prior art. The cloth holding means and cloth clamping means are part of a X-Y-Z motion apparatus that is supported solely from the top arm of the sewing system frame.Because the spaced twin needles of the sewing system will be required to penetrate up to 14 layers of thick cloth in some anticipated applications, considerable rigidity and stability is imparted to the single needed clamp that supports the two needles by reciprocating the needle clamp with two symmetrically spaced needle bars. This minimizes canting of the needle clamp and bending of the needle bar, thereby assuring more uniform stitch lines and minimizes missed stitches.

摘要： A sewing machine has a front operating panel secured thereto and a pattern selecting device. A pivotable pattern table is mounted on the lower end of the operating panel and an inside surface of the pattern table has a pattern indicating device. The pattern table is rotatable from a closed position in which an outside surface is flush with the outside surface of the operating panel and into an open position in which its outside surface is resting on the sewing machine frame so that both the pattern indicating means and pattern selecting devices are simultaneously visible to a machine operator. The pattern table is pivotably supported on a shaft supported in a bearing located at the lower end of the operating panel.

摘要： A sewing machine has a bed housing having a needle penetrating hole at one end thereof, an arm housing rising from the other end of the bed housing and extending to the one end of the bed housing over the bed housing, a laterally-long needle bar arm rotatably held in the arm housing and having a needle at the front end thereof, and a drive unit for swinging the needle bar arm with respect to the bed housing accommodated in the bed housing. The arrangement of the laterally-long needle bar arm and the drive unit accommodated in the bed housing, can effectively reduce the overall height of the sewing machine. It further reduces the weight and cost of the sewing machine, since no conventional material, such as cast iron having a heavy weight is used and die cast aluminum associating with a higher cost, may be employed for producing the arm housing.

摘要： A sewing machine in which the bed shaft and the arm shaft have been replaced by a synchronous belt and the plane of rotation of the synchronous belt is perpendicular to the cloth feeding direction. All function units which drive or are driven by the synchronous belt and the belt itself are mounted on the same side of the sewing machine body. A number of backing rollers guide the synchronous belt in the plane of rotation. These backing rollers are on shafts which are either stationary or driving. The shafts are supported by the sewing machine body in rotation or stationary manners. The backing rollers can be smooth or toothed wheels which drive or are driven by the synchronous belt. Some toothed wheels can drive several function units of the sewing machine. By changing the diameter of the toothed wheels in relation to each other the time relation between the several function units of the sewing machine can be controlled. The driving motor can be connected to one of these toothed wheels directly, driving the several function units via the synchronous belt without intervening primary transmission.
