    摘要： A sewing machine includes a feed mechanism which feeds a workpiece by a feed dog partially protruding out upward from an upper surface of a throat plate and moving along a predetermined feeding direction; a presser foot which presses the workpiece on the upper surface of the throat plate from above; a feed guide which has an abutting surface along the feeding direction and guides feeding of the workpiece; and a control device. The feed mechanism includes a lateral feed mechanism which adds a moving component in a direction along the upper surface of the throat plate and orthogonal to the predetermined feeding direction, to the feed dog. The control device controls the feed mechanism to feed the workpiece by adding a moving component to a side of the abutting surface of the feed guide by the lateral feed mechanism, in addition to the feeding along the regulated feeding direction.

    摘要： A positioning structure for a movable tongue seat includes: an eccentric positioning member disposed between the movable tongue seat and the cutter seat, the eccentric positioning member is provided with a rotary end which is located toward one end of the cutter seat, wherein the eccentric positioning member rotates about the rotary end and is further provided with a drive end which is inserted in a slot of the movable tongue seat, the drive end and the rotary end are not coaxially aligned; and a pivot hole and a pivot provided between the movable tongue seat and the cutter seat, so that the movable tongue seat is able rotate on the cutter seat by rotating about the pivot. When the eccentric positioning member rotates about the rotary end, the drive end can push the movable tongue seat to rotate about the pivot to a desired position.

The feed dog bracket is driven according to a transfer direction of a fabric. The feeding dog transfers the fabric on the throat plate. The mounting portion detachably mounts the feeding dog on the feed dog bracket. The feeding dog includes a cam portion which is mounted on the mounting portion. The cam portion includes first, second and third cam surfaces. The first cam surface has a surface-contact with a first receiving surface of the mounting portion. The second cam surface has a line-contact with an end portion of a second receiving surface of the mounting portion. The third cam surface is pressed by a pressing member of the mounting portion.

    摘要： An upper feed device is configured to be arranged above a bed of a sewing machine and feed a work cloth. The upper feed device includes a feed portion, a mechanism arrangement portion, and a drive portion. The feed portion includes a first feed mechanism and a second feed mechanism and is configured to feed the work cloth in a feed direction. The first feed mechanism and the second feed mechanism are arranged side by side in a first direction, which is parallel to a top surface of the bed and orthogonal to the feed direction. The mechanism arrangement portion is configured to arrange the first feed mechanism and the second feed mechanism in different positions in a second direction, which is orthogonal to the top surface of the bed. The drive portion is configured to drive the first feed mechanism and the second feed mechanism in synchronization.
