摘要: A boom assembly for a machine is provided. The boom assembly comprises a mount, a boom, and a linear actuator. The boom comprises an upper end configured to be connected to an arm, a lower end that is pivotably connected to the mount about a mount-boom pivot, an actuator attachment point located between the upper end and the lower end of the boom, and a bifurcated portion of the boom comprising two legs. The bifurcated portion extends between the actuator attachment point and the lower end of the boom. The linear actuator comprises a first end that is pivotably connected to the mount about a mount-actuator pivot, and an opposing second end that is pivotably connected to the boom at the actuator attachment point. The linear actuator is connected between the boom and the mount in a plane normal to an axis of rotation of the boom about the mount-actuator pivot, wherein the plane extends between the two legs of the boom.

摘要: A method for controlling load dependent valve flow rate in a presence of an overrunning load in a bucket includes receiving a measured pressure from and/or to a hydraulic valve, and the hydraulic valve is coupled to an actuator coupled to the bucket. The method includes calculating a load pressure on the actuator based on the measured pressure. The method includes receiving a first valve command for actuating the actuator to lower the bucket, the first valve command being associated with a desired valve flow rate and a desired maximum speed of the actuator. The method includes providing a second valve command based on a last calculated load pressure before receiving the first valve command, wherein the second valve command adjusts a valve opening area of the hydraulic valve so that a speed of the actuator corresponds to a maximum speed of the actuator for the last calculated load pressure.

摘要: One embodiment of a hydraulic system for a machine has a first hydraulic circuit including a first pump coupled to a first hydraulic actuator configured to move a first implement of the machine. A second hydraulic circuit includes a second pump coupled to a second hydraulic actuator configured to move a second implement. An electric motor mechanically couples to the first pump and to the second pump. An operator interface receives input from an operator requesting movement of the first and second implements. A controller communicatively coupled to the electric motor and to the operator interface determines, based on the requested movement of the first and second implements respectively, first and second flow allocations respectively for the first and second pumps and determines respective target displacements for the first and second pumps. The controller also determines first and second target electric motor speeds based on the target displacements for the first and second pumps, respectively, and controls the electric motor to operate at the larger of the first and second target electric motor speeds.

A boom foot pin rotatably couples the boom to the vehicular body frame. An arm motor is supported by the vehicular body frame. The arm motor generates drive force that moves the arm relatively to the boom. A motive power transmission apparatus mechanically transmits drive force generated by the arm motor to the arm. An arm gear member and a pivot member carry out rotational motion relative to the vehicular body frame as being concentric with the boom foot pin. An arm link transmits motive power to the arm as a result of the relative rotational motion.
