摘要: The invention relates to a method and to an apparatus for vibration compensation in a piston compressor, the piston compressor of which is driven by means of a crankshaft by a three-phase motor controlled by a frequency converter, wherein the current position the crankshaft of the piston compressor is determined, and based on this the frequency converter, a torque (MM) for the three-phase motor is predetermined, which torque follows the load torque (ML) of the piston compressor in order to reduce the vibration stimulation of the entire piston compressor.

摘要: Example embodiments relate to a water feature. The water feature includes a vessel and an electrically powered submersible pump within the vessel, an outlet fluidly connected to the pump, a solar panel, and a battery. The water feature also includes a controller, a processor, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium which stores a set of program instructions which cause the water feature to perform operations. The operations include receiving a predetermined time to operate the pump on the battery. Based on the predetermined time, the operations include allocating a percent of a total electrical power generated by the solar panel to charge the battery and a remainder of the total electrical power generated to operate the pump. The operations additionally include determining that the battery has reached a threshold power level associated with the predetermined time to operate the pump and allocating the total electrical power generated to operate the pump.

摘要: An on-demand electric motor controlled hydraulic system including a hydraulic pump, an electric motor coupled to the hydraulic pump, and an electronic control module (ECM) coupled to the hydraulic pump and the electric motor, is provided. The hydraulic pump has a swashplate with a swashplate angle adjustable to adjust a flow rate of the hydraulic pump and the electric motor is operable at a motor rate to drive the hydraulic pump. The ECM is configured to receive a demand for operating the hydraulic pump, determine a flow demand of the hydraulic pump associated with the demand, set the swashplate angle of a swashplate of the hydraulic pump to an initial swashplate angle, the initial swashplate angle setting a flow rate of the hydraulic pump corresponding to the flow demand, and operate the electric motor at a motor rate, the motor rate corresponding to the flow demand.

摘要: A hydraulic fracturing valve control system includes an electric powered, multi-plunger hydraulic fracturing pump. The system also includes a manifold coupled to the hydraulic fracturing pump. The system further includes a valve associated with the manifold, the valve being operable to move between an open position, a closed position, and a plurality of intermediate positions. The system includes a valve actuator, coupled to the valve, the valve actuator being an electric actuator that is remotely controllable in response to one or more operational aspects of the hydraulic fracturing pump. The system also includes a control interface, the control interface forming at least a portion of a control system, the control interface being accessible from a location remote from the hydraulic fracturing pump and outside of a zone of pressure formed by the hydraulic fracturing pump during operation.

摘要: A hydraulic apparatus has a plurality of pump modules each of which is formed by a plurality of working chambers having a common high pressure manifold. A connecting circuit switchably connects pump modules to first and second hydraulic circuit portions to allocate capacity as first and second demands for hydraulic fluid vary. In an apparatus which may have two or more connecting circuit outputs, valves may be controlled or working chamber pumping cycles made inactive to facilitate the reallocation of a pump module from one output to another, and a control strategy addresses pump module allocation when the demands for hydraulic fluid exceed available capacity.
