摘要: Example embodiments relate to a water feature. The water feature includes a vessel and an electrically powered submersible pump within the vessel, an outlet fluidly connected to the pump, a solar panel, and a battery. The water feature also includes a controller, a processor, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium which stores a set of program instructions which cause the water feature to perform operations. The operations include receiving a predetermined time to operate the pump on the battery. Based on the predetermined time, the operations include allocating a percent of a total electrical power generated by the solar panel to charge the battery and a remainder of the total electrical power generated to operate the pump. The operations additionally include determining that the battery has reached a threshold power level associated with the predetermined time to operate the pump and allocating the total electrical power generated to operate the pump.

摘要: An on-demand electric motor controlled hydraulic system including a hydraulic pump, an electric motor coupled to the hydraulic pump, and an electronic control module (ECM) coupled to the hydraulic pump and the electric motor, is provided. The hydraulic pump has a swashplate with a swashplate angle adjustable to adjust a flow rate of the hydraulic pump and the electric motor is operable at a motor rate to drive the hydraulic pump. The ECM is configured to receive a demand for operating the hydraulic pump, determine a flow demand of the hydraulic pump associated with the demand, set the swashplate angle of a swashplate of the hydraulic pump to an initial swashplate angle, the initial swashplate angle setting a flow rate of the hydraulic pump corresponding to the flow demand, and operate the electric motor at a motor rate, the motor rate corresponding to the flow demand.

摘要: Various embodiments provide a device for measuring the flow of fluid inside a tube moved by a peristaltic pump is provided with: a detection electrode arrangement coupled to the tube to detect an electrostatic charge variation originated by the mechanical action of the peristaltic pump on the tube; a signal processing stage, electrically coupled to the detection electrode arrangement to generate an electrical charge variation signal; and a processing unit, coupled to the signal processing stage to receive and process in the frequency domain the electrical charge variation signal to obtain information on the flow of a fluid that flows through the tube based on the analysis of frequency characteristics of the electrical charge variation signal.

摘要: A pumping system for performing a borehole operation including pumping a fluid into a borehole. The system may include a motor, a transmission, a pump, and a control system. The motor, transmission, and pump may each include sensors. The transmission may be operatively coupled to the motor. The pump may be operatively coupled to the transmission and configured to pump fluid into the borehole. The control system may be in communication with the motor sensors, the transmission sensors, and the pump sensors. The control system may be configured to monitor the operation of the motor, the transmission, and the pump, determine if at least one of the motor, the transmission, or the pump is operating outside of predetermined parameters, and determine at least one component of the motor, the transmission, or the pump that is most likely to cause the operation to be outside of the predetermined parameters.
