摘要: A stowable and deployable shelter may include a frame structure with a first support arch pivotably attached to a base at a pair of pivot points, and a second support arch pivotably attached to the first support arch via a pair of slidable hinges. The slidable hinges are positioned to translate along the first support arch toward and away from the pair of pivot points. In some embodiments, at least one of the slidable hinges includes a locking mechanism for releasably locking the at least one slidable hinge at a selected location along the first support arch. In some embodiments, the hinges may be fixed instead of being slidable. The support arches support a fabric shell to form an interior of the shelter. The base may include a sled container having runners for sliding through snow or across terrain.

摘要: A tent frame includes extension poles, first connectors and supporting poles. For each respective extension pole, the corresponding first connector includes a first coupling member and a second coupling member facing away from a central axis of the tent frame. The corresponding supporting pole has an upper end connected to the first coupling member of the corresponding first connector and the respective extension pole has an end pivotally connected to the second coupling member of the corresponding first connector. At least a first portion of the corresponding supporting pole has a first surface that is substantially flat and faces away from the central axis of the tent frame. When the frame is folded, the respective extension pole is folded onto the first surface of the corresponding supporting pole, and thus minimizes a size of the tent frame when folded.

摘要: Examples herein describe techniques for communicating between data processing engines in an array of data processing engines. In one embodiment, the array is a 2D array where each of the DPEs includes one or more cores. In addition to the cores, the data processing engines can include streaming interconnects which transmit streaming data using two different modes: circuit switching and packet switching. Circuit switching establishes reserved point-to-point communication paths between endpoints in the interconnect which routes data in a deterministic manner. Packet switching, in contrast, transmits streaming data that includes headers for routing data within the interconnect in a non-deterministic manner. In one embodiment, the streaming interconnects can have one or more ports configured to perform circuit switching and one or more ports configured to perform packet switching.

摘要: A rack system including a rail assembly, a leg assembly and a vehicle assembly is disclosed. The rail assembly includes load support rails secured to a roof of a vehicle. The load support rails receive legs therein. The legs extend towards a ground surface. The legs include a telescopic portion which extends until the vehicle roof is elevated off of the vehicle. The legs are defined by a top leg portion and a bottom leg portion that are interconnected with a hinge. Once the legs are extended enough to elevate the roof from the vehicle, the vehicle can be operated while the rack system is left self-standing and self-supported.

摘要: A shelter that includes a slider and a strut mechanism mounted on support posts of the shelter that automatically actuate and extend from the side of the support posts when the shelter is expanded from its collapsed state. The strut mechanism provides support for an eave that extends outside from all or a portion of the perimeter of the shelter defined by the corners of the support posts. An automatic hard-stop mechanism is incorporated into the support posts that prevent the eave sliders and strut mechanisms from becoming over-extended. The support posts are configured and oriented relative to the other components of the shelter frame and shelter boundary so to minimize the footprint or size of the shelter when in the collapsed state.

摘要: Various implementations include a fully collapsible and portable tent. For example, in various implementations, the tent includes a frame assembly that includes two or more frame members and two hubs spaced apart from each other. Ends of the frame members are coupled to the hubs. At least one of the frame members is pivotably coupled to the hubs via pivotable brackets. The pivotably coupled frame member pivot about a first axis extending through each end of the pivotably coupled frame member and the respective pivotable bracket, and the pivotable brackets pivot about a second axis extending through the pivotable bracket and the respective hub, wherein the first axis is spaced apart from the first axis. The pivotable brackets allow the tent to be moved between the collapsed and expanded positions quickly and with minimal effort.
