摘要： A shutter roller door with a shutter roller drivable by a drive mechanism; a flexible door windable on the roller and movable between retracted and extended positions by the drive mechanism, the door having integrally formed interconnected slats, each having upper and lower edges, and arranged perpendicular to a direction of door travel; a guide rail assembly positioned at each side; and end members attachable to an end of a corresponding slat. Each slat has an upper hook portion and an upper curved channel, the upper hook portion configured to engage with a lower curved channel of the lower edge of an upper adjacent slat, and the lower edge having a lower hook portion and a lower curved channel configured to engage with the upper curved channel of the upper edge of a lower adjacent slat.

摘要： A portal structure has an air seal device including an air sealing element movable between a lowered and a raised configuration. The portal structure has a compartment for storing the closure element, delimited by a front wall. A space is provided which communicates with the compartment and with the outer environment between the wall and the closure element. The air seal device includes first and second sealing members adapted to reach a facing position in which they adhere by magnetic attraction to close the space, one connected to the wall for supporting a ferromagnetic plate, the other consisting of a magnetic member fixed to the closure element. The first sealing member includes a base structure which can be fixed to said wall by first and second adjustable fasteners in a position corresponding to the position of the sealing member fixed to the surface of the closure element.

摘要： A header assembly and method for installing built-in retractable screens. A header assembly is installed after the structure's framing is completed but before the wall finishes are applied. The header assembly includes opposing end boxes and a header board. The side tracks from the screen unit are installed so that the upper ends open into the bottom of the end boxes. This defines a cavity customized to the selected screen unit. With the header assembly and side tracks in place, the wall surfaces can be applied around them. After the wall surfaces are completed, the screen unit is placed inside the header assembly through an access opening, which is then covered with a cover panel. Thus, the present invention eliminates the need to apply wall finishes around an undefined space, which requires multiple measurements and often results in expensive mistakes in the finished cavity dimensions.
