摘要: The present invention relates to a composite element, especially for a damping element, comprising a) at least one metallic body having a surface; b) a coating comprising an epoxy resin on at least part of the surface of the metallic body; c) a plastics body comprising at least one polyurethane, which at least partly surrounds the metallic body of (a) and in the region of the surround is at least partly in direct contact with the coating of (b), wherein the composite element between the surface of the metallic body (a) and the coating (b) has a conversion layer (d) which comprises at least one compound selected from the group of zirconium(IV) oxide, zinc(II) phosphate, and chromate. The invention further relates to a damping element comprising the composite element and at least one further body which is at least partly in direct contact with the composite element, preferably with the plastics body of (c). The invention additionally relates to production processes for composite element and damping element, to the composite and damping elements, respectively, that are produced or producible by these processes, and the use of these composite and damping elements, respectively.

摘要: This invention relates to a support pad formed of a shock absorbing material capable of absorbing energy resulting from vibration and gravitational forces acting on a battery disposed in engagement with the support pad and, correspondingly, transferring gravitational forces that occur along a z-axis resulting from up and down movement of the battery and dispersing these gravitation forces along an x-axis, a y-axis and the z-axis so as to reduce the impact shock on the battery by between about 65% to about 80% and, in doing so, prolonging the performance and life-cycle of the battery.

摘要: A mounting structure of a dynamic damper capable of effectively reducing the vibration of a vibration body is provided. The mounting structure includes a suspension member 100 inhibiting the upward shift of a mass member 5. The suspension member 100 and plates 3 are configured as separate members, so that as compared with the case where a pair of plates 3 are coupled, the opposite interval between the plates 3 can be determined without being affected by the dimension accuracy of such the coupling portion. Thus, the thicknesses of the rubber elastic bodies 4 can foe formed at high accuracy, so that the mass member 5 can be easily vibrated at the desired frequency. Therefore, the vibration of the suspension member 100 can be effectively reduced.
