    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a plow guide assembly for guiding a mining plow. The plow guide assembly may comprise a base member including a first guide beam for guideing the mining plow and extending along a first axis, and a second guide beam spaced apart the first guide beam for defining a service clearance therebetween, and extending along a second axis axially aligned to the first axis. The plow guide assembly may further comprise an insert element insertable into the service clearance and having a third guide beam extending along a third axis. In an assembled state of the insert element, the third axis is axially aligned to the first and second axes.

The method also includes determining, by the processor, whether the pitch angle is within a desired pitch angle range, and controlling, by the processor, a position of the cutter drum based on whether the pitch angle is within the desired pitch angle range. The desired pitch angle range is based on the desired pitch angle information.

    摘要: A mining apparatus for the mechanized breaking-down of mineral raw materials, particularly coal, in underground mining operation includes at least one endless chain and chain wheels for the endless chain. A main drived is provided for one of the chain wheels and an auxiliary drive is provided for the other chain wheel. The main drive and the auxiliary drive each has a transmission unit including main transmission stage, initial transmission stage, coupling and drive motor. A superposed motor in the form of a controllable electric motor having small power acts in connection with a worm gear transmission on the superposed input of the superposed transmission unit. Synchronous running of the main drive and the auxiliary drive or the drive motors thereof is achieved by a unilateral drive control. This results in a uniform power and load input independently of the wear of the chain and chain wheels.

    摘要: A gearing unit has a housing containing gearing drivably interconnecting a rotary input to an output shaft used to propel a drive chain of a mineral mining machine. A clutch is provided which is released by hydraulic pressure to disengage the drive automatically should excessive loading occur. A spigot rotatably locked to the shaft provides a fluid passage for hydraulic fluid used to release the clutch and the fluid flow is controlled by an electromagnetic valve. A torsion bar carrying a load sensor is located within the spigot and the sensor provides an electrical signal transferred to control means for operating the valve via a slip-ring system. The torsion bar is rotatably locked to the shaft via a coupling rod disposed within the shaft and a push-in connection. The torsion bar is also rotatably secured to the spigot for easy release therefrom. Access to the bar from outside the housing is facilitated and by releasing at least the connection between the spigot and the bar, the latter can be withdrawn axially while leaving the other components intact.

    摘要: A planar drive mechanism comprises a sprocket wheel for a planar chain and a drive shaft for rotating the sprocket wheel. The sprocket wheel has a secondary rim portion for driving the chain and the drive shaft has a primary rim. A clutch mechanism is connected between the primary and secondary rims which comprises a circular groove of trapazoidal cross section formed in the secondary rim which receives a plurality of friction segments connected to the primary rim. Each friction segment is carried by a coupling bolt which is slidably mounted in radially extending bores in the primary rim aligned with the circular groove. The coupling bolts and friction heads while functioning as a unit can be made of two separate materials, the coupling bolt made of material to give it strength and the friction segments made of material to give it wear resistance.

The planer tool holder is positionable at an angle to make a cut of a selected depth with the depth increasing from planer to planer in a direction opposite the travel direction.

    摘要: A mineral mining plough for use in asymmetric ploughing, and movable to and fro alongside a conveyor, has a plough body provided with cutter means at its two ends. A first cutter means is arranged to win material when the plough is on the uphill run (that is to say when the plough moves in the opposite direction as the conveyor). A second cutter means is arranged to win material when the plough is on the downhill run. The second cutter means is mounted on the plough body for vertical movement relative to the plough body. This enables the second cutter means to be swung out of its working position (on the downhill run) to lie in a rest position (on the uphill run) in which it is in the path of travel of the first cutter means. This vertical movement of the second cutter means results in a plough of shorter length than known asymmetric ploughs.

    摘要: A mineral mining installation comprises a mechanical mining machine (such as a plough or a shearer) and a hydraulic winning machine. The hydraulic winning machine has a plurality of high-pressure nozzles and a high-pressure pump for supplying the nozzles with high-pressure water (or other hydraulic fluid). Means are provided for driving each of the two winning machines independently of the other along a mineral face. This permits the mechanical winning machine to operate at its optimum, high speed rate without interference from the slower moving hydraulic winning machine. The pump is preferably a multiple radial-piston pump powered by an electric motor. Both electric power and water may be supplied to the hydraulic winning machine via pick-up arms on the machine and supply channels extending along the face.

    摘要: Apparatus for controlling the position of a mineral mining machine, such as a plough, movable along a main guide at one side of a scraper-chain conveyor employs cantilevered beams extending between the conveyor and a series of roof supports. Each beam is preferably resiliently flexible and is connected, for example via a bracket at an opposite side of the conveyor, to the main guide. A device, such as a hydraulic piston and cylinder unit, is used to adjust the inclination between the beam and the guide in generally known manner. The end portion of the beam remote from the conveyor extends alongside a side mounting surface of the floor structure of an associated one of the supports which mounting surface faces the next adjacent support. A further guide means, which may take the form of a tube containing a ball or a similar guide member or a guideway along which a guide member is displaceable, is detachably secured to the mounting surface of the support. The guide member of the further guide means is connected to the end of the beam so as to support the latter while allowing some free pivotal displacement in all directions as well as displacement axially and parallel to the support.
