    摘要: The present invention relates to a mechanical tunneling apparatus and process for a tunnel in a quicksand stratum. The mechanical tunneling apparatus comprises isolating apparatuses arranged at an upper end and a lower end of a supporting apparatus; an excavation apparatus arranged at a front end of the supporting apparatus; a spraying apparatus arranged on the isolating apparatuses and the excavation apparatus; a muck discharging apparatus arranged at a lower part of the supporting apparatus; and a propulsion apparatus arranged at a rear end of the supporting apparatus. The mechanical apparatus of the present invention may effectively increase a tunneling speed and safety for the tunnel in the quicksand stratum, ensure the stability of surrounding rocks of the tunnel, and reduce a large volume of collapse of the quicksand stratum due to tunnel construction disturbance.

    摘要: Disclosed a combined rock-breaking TBM tunneling method in complex strata for realizing three-way force detection, comprising the steps of preparing a combined mechanical-hydraulic rock-breaking cutter head for TBM construction; starting construction; advancing the combined mechanical-hydraulic rock-breaking cutter head; pushing and pressing against a tunnel face by a mechanical cutter tool; subjecting a three-way force detection cutter to squeezing forces; feeding back three-way force data by a three-way force sensor; processing information by a TBM back-end control processor; obtaining a value of rock-cutter contact angle φ; feeding back parameter information to a TBM cutter head control center by a lithology index center; responding by the TBM cutter head control center, obtaining and adjusting parameters by the mechanical cutter tool equipped with the three-way force sensor; and breaking rock by the combined mechanical-hydraulic rock-breaking cutter head. The method disclosed is energy-saving and efficient, and has high rock-breaking efficiency.

    摘要: A self-propelled boring type mining machine includes a mobile frame and a pair of spaced apart rotor drive shafts extending forwardly from the mobile frame. Rotary cutter arms are nonrotatably connected to the rotor drive shafts for cutting a pair of overlapping bores in a mine face to dislodge solid material. Cusps formed at the mine roof and floor are dislodged by upper and lower cutter drum assemblies pivotally mounted transversely on the frame front end portion. The lower cutter drum assembly includes an intermediate drum section separated by gaps from a pair of end drum sections. Gear cases extend into the gaps to rotatably support a transverse drive shaft that is drivingly connected to the intermediate and end drum sections. The centerlines of the gear cases are spaced inboard of the centerlines of the rotor drive shafts. The end drum sections are helically splined to the drive shaft so that upon rotation of the drive shaft, the end drum sections rotate and advance longitudinally on the drive shaft between a retracted position and an extended position to control the width of cut in the mine face. By positioning the gear cases inboard of the rotor drive shafts when the end drum sections are extended the area left uncut between the cutting paths of the rotary cutter arms and end drum sections is minimized.
