摘要: A heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel, a single-sided surface or a double-sided surface of which has several parallel grooves which are formed in a grooving manner, each groove extends in the width direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel, and the several parallel grooves are uniformly distributed along the rolling direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel. Each groove which extends in the width direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel is formed by splicing several sub-grooves which extend in the width direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel. The manufacturing method for a heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel comprises the step of: forming grooves on a single-sided surface or a double-sided surface of a heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel in a laser grooving manner, a laser beam of the laser grooving is divided into several sub-beams by a beam splitter, and the several sub-beams form the several sub-grooves which are spliced into the same groove.

The magnetic particles are arranged such that a magnetic permeability of the core increases in a direction that extends radially outward from the wire along a cross-sectional area of the magnetic core from a first region that is adjacent to the wire to a second region that is adjacent to an outer periphery of the magnetic core.

摘要: A magnetic integrated hybrid distribution transformer includes a main transformer, a series isolation transformer and a converter, wherein: an iron core includes an iron beam unit, an iron yoke unit and a leakage magnetic core unit. The main transformer includes secondary windings, primary windings and control windings all of which are layer-windings and wound around main transformer iron beams. The series isolation transformer includes converter side windings and grid side windings all of which are pancake-windings and wound around isolation transformer iron beams. The converter side windings and the control windings are respectively connected with the converter by the star connection with neutral point. Leakage magnetic cores are respectively inserted between the primary windings and the control windings or between the converter side windings and the grid side windings, so as to achieve magnetic integration design of the transformer and output connection inductor of the converter.

A method of assembling a magnetic-core assembly includes assembling a plurality of lamination stacks, staging the plurality of lamination stacks to provide a magnetic-core assembly, assembling a magnetic-core assembling-tool around the magnetic-core assembly, and injecting magnet retention adhesive into a plurality of magnet retention slots in the magnetic-core assembly housed in the magnetic-core assembling tool.
