    摘要: A photoresist film containing a phosphate of a formalin condensate of diazodiphenylamine, 2.5-bis(4'-azide-2'-sulphobenzilidene) cyclopentanone Na, polyvinylalcohol, and polyvinylpyrrolidone is formed on the inner surface of a faceplate. The photoresist film is hardened by light exposure using a point or linear light source, which is essentially a circular light source, via a shadow mask having a large number of apertures. A light absorbing film is formed on this photoresist film. Then the hardened photoresist film and the light absorbing film on top of it are removed using a peeling agent.

    摘要: In coating a smooth glass faceplate panel with phosphor to produce a phosphor screen for use with flat color picture tubes, a basic mask is placed onto the glass faceplate panel. Thereafter; one at a time, one coating mask for each respective color is placed over the basic mask and the phosphor belonging to the respective coating mask is deposited. The phosphor is dispersed in a reactive binder and meets with an activator sprayed on or otherwise applied to the glass faceplate panel.

    摘要: A photosensitive composition becoming sticky upon exposure to light which comprises (a) a salt of a diazonium compound represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are independently --H, --CH.sub.3, --OCH.sub.3 or ##STR2## but R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 cannot be ##STR3## at the same time; and R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are independently a straight-chain lower alkyl group, and (b) a salt of an aromatic diazonium compound having no --OH group directly bonding to a benzene ring, has an improved sensitivity because it contains the salt of the compound represented by the above formula. By using said photosensitive composition, there is provided a process for forming a pattern of powder coated layer excellent in light sensitivity.

    摘要: A phosphor suspension for dip-coating metallic segments of a display device to provide a layer of phosphor thereon. The suspension is an aqueous solution containing a first preliminary binder such as polyvinyl alcohol, a second permanent binder such as sodium or potassium silicate, a given quantity of phosphor particles, a bubble eliminating agent selected from the group of lower primary alcohols having from one to five carbon atoms, a wetting agent such as sodium oleate, and a high-boiling solvent such as ethylene glycol. The suspension is applied to a suitable substrate such as a flexible sheet of vinyl and allowed to drain to leave a layer of suspension thereon. The metallic segments have the side to be coated brought into contact with this layer and are pressed thereinto and then removed for drying and subsequent processing.

An aqueous suspension of a halophosphate phosphor contains an organic binder which can be removed by lehring and Ba (NO 3 ) 2 for improving adhesion between the phosphor and a Hg vapour discharge lamp wall to be coated. A suspension of Ca halophosphate activated with Sb and Mn contains NH 4 NO 3 to lower the lehring temperature, a solution of thymol in methyl alcohol to prevent bacteria growth, a wetting agent and has a pH of 6 to 7. The binder is polymerized ethylene oxide, an alginate or carboxylmethyl cellulose (C.M.C.) obtained from acid C.M.C. treated with NH 3 and boiled to remove excess NH 3 . The tube is coated with the suspension, dried and lehred at a temperature rising above the melting point of Ba(NO 3 ) 2 in air or by combustion heating.
