    Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to the field of medical devices. In particular, the present disclosure relates to medical devices, systems, and methods for tightening, fastening, or anchoring in tissue. In one example, a system for tightening, fastening, or anchoring in tissue, may comprise a spring coil having a distal end, a stressed configuration, and an unstressed configuration; and a restraining tube having a lumen extending along a length of the tube. The spring coil may be removably receivable within the lumen to restrain the spring coil in the stressed configuration. Other embodiments are contemplated.

    Abstract: An intravascular catheter and related methods of use or manufacture are disclosed. The catheter includes an outer tubular member having a proximal end and a distal end, and an inner tubular member having a proximal end and a distal end. An inflatable balloon have a proximal end waist coupled to the outer tubular member adjacent to the distal end thereof, and a distal end waist coupled to the inner tubular member adjacent to the distal end thereof. The balloon includes an interior surface, an exterior surface, and a lumen defined by the interior surface. The balloon further includes at least one section extending from the interior surface of the balloon to the exterior surface of the balloon. A transmitter is disposed about the inner tubular member. In addition to the above, the proximal end waist is coupled to the outer tubular member such that an inflation fluid exits the balloon.
