The invention relates to an aeration device (20) for aeration of a liquid. The aeration device comprises a plate (30) of a first material, said first material being permeable to air, said plate having inlet means (31) for inletting air into the plate and means for creating a flow of liquid across the plate of the first material, when said aeration device is immersed or submerged in a liquid. The plate of first material is stationary within the aeration device. The aeration device may moreover comprise a disc (12) arranged for being placed in parallel to the plate, but leaving a gap between the plate and the disc member, and the means for creating a flow of liquid across the plate of the first material may comprise means for rotating the disc member around a central axis through the disc member. Small or very small bubbles of air may be generated by the combination of air permeable material and creation of a flow across the plate.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a reactor unit for treatment of a liquid. The reactor unit comprises a number of parallel filtering plates (40) of a liquid permeable material, where each filtering plate (40) has an outlet opening (44) for outletting liquid which has permeated into the plate. The reactor unit moreover comprises a number of aeration plates (50) of a gas permeable material, where each aeration plate (50) has an inlet opening (51) for inletting air, and where the aeration plate(s) (50) are placed in parallel to the filtering plate(s). The aeration and filtering plates (40, 50) are arranged to be stationary within the reactor unit. The reactor unit moreover comprises at least one disc member (12) placed adjacent to a filtering plate (40) or an aeration plate (50), but leaving a gap between said filtering plate (40) or aeration plate (50) and the disc member, as well as means for rotating (7; 16) the at least one disc member around a central axis through the at least one disc member (12).

Die Vorrichtung dient zur Abwasserbehandlung und weist ein geschlossenes Gehäuse (1) auf, in dem mindestens ein vom Abwasser durchströmbarer Scheibenstapel angeordnet ist. Zum Durchströmen ist eine Umwälzpumpe vorgesehen, welche eine bauliche Einheit mit dem Gehäuse (1) und dem darin befindlichen Scheibenstapel bildet.
