The present invention relates to a disc filter apparatus and in particular, to such a filtering apparatus that having a self-cleaning capabilities using an internal flow diverter to direct fluid flow through the filter apparatus to allow both filtering mode and self-cleaning mode.

본 발명은 선박평형수 처리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이러한 선박평형수 처리시스템은 외부로부터 선박평형수를 유입 받고 선박평형수를 필터링하고 전기분해하는 필터 및 전기분해부, 필터 및 전기분해부를 통과한 선박평형수의 해수 특성을 측정하는 제1 센서부, 해수 특성 측정값에 따라 선박평형수의 오염 정도를 판단하여 전기분해 강도 및 이산화염소 투입량을 판단하는 제어신호를 발생하는 제어부, 이산화염소를 발생하는 이산화염소 발생부, TiO 2 코팅된 판을 포함하고 있고 자외선 및 TiO 2 의 상호작용을 통해OH 라디칼을 생성하여 OH 라디칼이 필터 및 전기분해부를 통과한 선박평형수에 포함된 잔류 미생물을 살균하는 UV/TiO 2 시스템, 중화제를 구비하고, 제어부로부터 중화제 토출신호를 전달받아 필터 및 전기분해부를 통과한 선박평형수를 중화하는 자동 중화 처리장치, 그리고 자동 중화 처리장치에서 중화 처리된 선박평형수의 TRO 농도를 측정하고, 측정결과를 제어부로 전달하는 제2 센서부를 포함하고, 제어부는 제2 센서부로부터 전달받은 측정결과에 따라 자동 중화 처리장치에서 토출되는 중화제 토출량을 제어하는 제어신호를 발생한다. 이로 인해, 선박평형수의 밸러스팅 단계에서 선박평형수의 살균 효율이 USCG 기준을 만족한다는 효과가 있다.

Disclosed is a solid/liquid separation apparatus including an extruder press combined with a solid/fluid separation module for separating fluid from a mass of solids compressed by the extruder at elevated pressures. The extruder includes two or more extruder screws with flighting intercalated at least along a part of the extruder barrel. The separation module forms a continuation of the barrel, receives the pressurized mass and at least a portion of the twin screws, and includes a filter pack consisting of a filter plate and a backer plate. The filter plate has a throughgoing filter slot extending away from a core opening and into the filter plate for directing fluid away from the core opening. The backer plate has a core opening shaped and sized equal to the barrel and defines a passage for guiding fluid collected in the filter slot to an exterior of the filter pack.

A filter comprises a stack of wafers (28). Each of the wafers has a through hole (6). Edges (7) of the holes together define an internal tube. An interface (32) between adjacent wafers defines filter channels. The filter channels comprises first coarse filter channels (20), second coarse filter channels (22) and fine filter channels (26). The first coarse filter channels are open towards an outer rim (5), extend in a direction from the outer rim and are closed towards the internal tube. The second coarse filter channels are arranged in an opposite manner. The fine filter channels connect the first and second coarse filter channels. The first and second coarse filter channels extend radially (R) and the fine filter channels extend tangentially (T). The first and second coarse filter channels are defined by recesses in a surface of a first wafer and the fine filter channels are defined by recesses, each one encircling the hole, in a surface of a second wafer.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Trennvorrichtung für rohrförmige Durchflussvorrichtungen (22), die zur Förderung von Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen aus Gesteins- oder Tiefbohrungen dienen, wobei die Trennvorrichtung zur Abtrennung von Sand- und Gesteinspartikeln geeignet ist und umfasst: einen Ringstapel (20) aus sprödharten ringförmigen Scheiben, wobei die Scheiben (30) so gestapelt und verspannt sind, dass zwischen den einzelnen Scheiben (30) jeweils ein Trennspalt (37) zur Abtrennung von Sand- und Ge- Steinspartikeln vorhanden ist; ein Ankopplungselement ( 18, 19) an einem oder beiden Enden des Ringstapels (20); eine Klemmvorrichtung an einem oder beiden Enden des Ringstapels (20), welche es einerseits ermöglicht, die sprödharten Scheiben (30) flexibel zu verspannen und andererseits den Ringstapel (20) auf der rohrförmigen Durchflussvorrichtung (22) variabel zu befestigen. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ebenfalls die Verwendung einer erfindungsgemäßen Trennvorrichtung zur Abtrennung von Sand- und Gesteinspartikeln bei einem Verfahren zur Förderung von Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen aus Gesteins- oder Tiefbohrungen mittels rohrförmigen Durchflussvorrichtungen.

Ein Filter für Flüssigkeiten weist eine Vielzahl von übereinander gestapelten Folienelementen (1) auf, welche zentrale, miteinander fluchtende Durchbrechungen (2) aufweisen. Zur Vereinfachung der Herstellung sind auf einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegende Folienelemente (1) von benachbarten Stapeln (4) durch Verbindungsstege (3) miteinander verbunden. Die Filterelemente (1) bilden so eigenstabile Matrizen, welche problemlos gestapelt werden können.
