Флакон содержит подвижную пробирку с продольными отверстиями, установленную в удлиненную горловину флакона с фиксирующим кольцом, с возможностью ее осевого перемещения между кольцевыми углублениями на внешней поверхности пробирки, и зубчатую ленту, удерживающую крышку в определенном положении, а на флаконе и крышке выполнены кольцевые углубления с зубчатой поверхностью. Изобретение обеспечивает надежное хранение растворяемого вещества и растворителя и приготовление раствора без нарушения изоляции содержимого флакона от окружающей среды.

Disclosed herein is a bottle cap with an additive supplying structure. The bottle cap includes an additive holding unit which is supported in a mouth of a bottle by an upper flange, has in a side surface of a lower portion thereof an opening for discharging the additive, and is open at the top. An open-and-shut unit is seated to be coaxial with the additive holding unit and moves up and down to open or shut the opening. An outer cap unit includes a sealing tube which is placed between the open-and-shut unit and the additive holding unit and performs a sealing function, an outer cap body which supports at a center thereof the sealing tube and is fastened to the mouth of the bottle through a screw-type fastening method, and a coupling part which is provided on the inner wall of the upper end of the sealing tube to be coupled to the open-and-shut unit. A skirt having a forgery preventing function is integrally provided on a lower end of the outer cap body and is secured to a skirt locking ring of the bottle, and a delay hook is provided on an inner wall of the skirt and retains the skirt for a period when the opening is opened by turning the outer cap unit, thus delaying separation of the skirt.

Fresh ingredients stored in a sealed fresh product dispensing system chamber, which are then dispensed into a beverage or other product container for consumption or usage by simply pressing on the top of the fresh product dispensing system. This allows for a natural and fresh product. It also allows for certain types of products to be introduced which otherwise degrade or lose potency, color, flavor and/or nutritional benefits when products are mixed during the manufacturing process as with ready-to-drink beverages. The system also allows for shipment of products in the fresh product dispensing system to be shipped without water or fluid bottles with reduced cost of shipping. The fresh product dispensing system compartment can also be segmented into several compartments allowing for each ingredient to be stored in an individual segregated compartment prior to usage. When the fresh product dispensing system plunger/chamber is pressed down, it exposes the main vessel to a 360 degree cylinder with large openings or ports around its radial surface which can provide a large surface area of exposure, assuring that all dry type ingredients in the plunger/chamber are exposed to the liquid in the main vessel and do not cake or stay in the plunger/chamber.

The present invention relates to a closure device (10) which includes a fluid chamber (22) containing an additive such as a liquid. The closure device (10) is fitted to an opening in the neck (16) of a container (12), such as a bottle. The additive can be introduced and mixed into a liquid in the container (12) by operation of the closure device (10). The closure device (10) includes a cap member (20) having a fluid chamber and a housing (40) having a plug member (42). The cap member (20) is provided with a cam means, such as a cam or follower surface (271) provided on a lower surface of the cap top wall (26), which engages with a corresponding cam means provided on the housing, such as a cam or follower surface (451) provided on an upper surface of the housing, to allow the cap member (20) to be lifted relative to the housing (40) from a closed position in which the plug member closes an aperture (25) in the fluid chamber (22) to an open position in which the plug member is at least partially withdrawn from the aperture (25), thereby allowing the additive to pass from the fluid chamber (22) to the liquid in the bottle (12). The closure device (10) enables mixing of the additive and liquid in the bottle (12) without opening the closure in such a way as to allow the liquid to escape.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trinkgefäß (1) mit einem Innenraum (6) zur Aufnahme einer Trinkflüssigkeit (2) und einer vorzugsweise oberseitig angeordneten Gefäßöffnung (3) in der eine Verschlussvorrichtung (4, 16, 24, 36) vorgesehen ist. Dabei ist in der Verschlussvorrichtung (4, 16, 24, 36) vorzugsweise eine Aufnahme kammer (5) vorgesehen, dessen Inhalt in den Innenraum (6) einbringbar ist. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Verschlussvorrichtung (4, 16, 24, 36) mindestens zwei Aufnahmekammern (5) übereinander oder nebeneinander angeordnet sind, die jeweils eine Aufgabeöffnung (34) zum Behälterinnenraum (6) aufweisen. Dabei sind die Verschlussvorrichtungen (4, 16, 24, 36) so ausgebildet, dass sie durch eine manuelle Bewegung die Aufgabeöffnungen (34, 29) nacheinander in den Innenraum (6) des Gefäßkörpers (7) freigeben.

Disclosed herein is a bottle capable of storing or mixing two or more different materials. The bottle results from the combination of a general bottle body with a mixing means including an openable additive container. The bottle body may be separated from the additive container so that different materials can be separately stored and then combined with each other upon use. Thus, the bottle can open new markets due to its greatly enhanced storage performance and economical advantages.
