Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hair clipping device, comprising: -a housing (12); -a cutting assembly (14) which is arranged on one end of said housing (12) and comprises a stationary blade element (22) with a circumferentially arranged toothed cutting edge (26) surrounding the stationary blade element (22) and a moveable blade element (24) witha circumferentially arranged second cutting edge (28) surrounding the moveable blade element (24), wherein the stationary blade element (22) and the moveable blade element (24) are arranged substantially parallel to each other; and -a motor (34) for driving a drive shaft (36) in a rotatory manner; wherein the drive shaft (36) is coupled to the moveable blade element (24) via an eccentric coupling mechanism (38) that translates a rotatory movement of the drive shaft (36) into an eccentric movement of the moveable blade element (24).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a handheld device for treating hairs, comprising a first treatment appliance (3) with a first energy consumer (7) and at least one first energy storage device (9) being at least partially integrated in the first treatment appliance (3), and at least one second treatment appliance (5) with a second energy consumer (11) and at least one second energy storage device (13), the second energy storage device (13) being at least partially integrated in the second treatment appliance (5), wherein the second treatment appliance (5) is at least partially removably integrated in the first treatment appliance (3).
Abstract:
An apparatus for adjusting a distance between first and second elements, comprising a first rotation member (200) rotatable between first and second stop positions and a second rotation member (300), wherein rotation of the first member between the first and second stop positions comprises a first rotation stage in which the first rotation member rotates through a first rotation angle and a second rotation stage in which the first rotation member is configured to engage with the second rotation member to rotate the second rotation member through a second rotation angle.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a hair clipper device (10) comprising: a first blade member (7), a second blade member (8) adapted for reciprocating movement relative to the first blade member (7) and which cooperates with the first blade member (7) to generate a cutting action there-between; a motor (4) for driving the reciprocating movement of the second blade member (8), wherein the motor has a rotor or shaft (5) which rotates about a rotational axis (6); and a connecting member, such as a connecting rod (31), which interconnects the rotor or shaft (5) of the motor (4) and the second blade member (8). The connecting member or rod (31) extends in a direction transverse to the rotational axis (6) and is connected with the second blade member (8) at a position laterally spaced from the rotational axis (6). The connecting member (31) is adapted to be pivotally connected with the rotor or shaft (5) of the motor (4) and/or pivotally connected with the second blade member (8).
Abstract:
In order to provide the option of dividing up the hair with one-handed use of the hair cutting machine (1) for a hair cutting machine (1) having a gripping piece (2), two clipper blades (3), as well as a drive to generate a relative movement of the clipper blades (3), it is proposed that a dividing tip (4) be provided on the hair cutting machine (1) and that said dividing tip (4) be connected to the hair cutting machine (1) via a connection (5).
Abstract:
A hair clipper/trimmer includes a blade set having a stationary clipper comb and a movable cutter blade. To decrease the heat transfer from the clipper comb, the clipper comb can be cooled by a convection cooling. The clipper comb can be provided with a plurality of vented sections extending through the inner and outer surfaces of the clipper comb. In this manner, when in use, air flows through the clipper comb, cooling the clipper comb. To aid in the air flow, the inner surface of the moveable cutter blade can include fins extending therefrom. In use, the fins direct the airflow through the vented section in the clipper comb.

Abstract:
Abstract:
A shaving apparatus comprises a stationary cutting member (4) having a row of substantially V-shaped teeth (6) and a movable, driven cutting member (5) having a row of substantially V-shaped teeth (7). During operation of the shaving apparatus, the movable cutting member (5) is driven such as to perform a reciprocating movement. In the process, a size of convergent cutting openings (9) between teeth (6, 7) of pairs (8) of teeth (6, 7) of the two cutting members (4, 5) having cutting edges (10, 11) which are facing each other is continuously varied, so that hairs (13) which are caught in the cutting openings (9) are shaved off. In order to avoid skin irritation and skin damage, the cutting openings (9) are never entirely closed. Furthermore, a ratio of a minimum value of a size of the cutting openings (9) and a maximum value of the size of the cutting openings (9) is at least 0.22.
