摘要: Described herein is curable composition comprising a partially halogenated elastomeric gum comprising a plurality of cure sites selected from at least one of iodine, bromine, and nitrile; a silicon-containing compound; a dehydrohalogenation agent; and a peroxide cure system. Upon curing, a silicon-containing superficial layer forms, which can provide good chemical stability, increased durability, non-tackiness, and a matte finish to the cured elastomer.

The coating composition includes monomeric, oligomeric, or polymeric compounds having a number average molecular weight of from about 400 to about 20,000 and having a free-radically polymerizable double bond. The coating composition further includes a photo initiator. The coating composition has an Ohnesorge number (Oh) of from about 0.01 to about 12.6. The coating composition has a Reynolds number (Re) of from about 0.02 to about 6,200. The coating composition has a Deborah number (De) of from greater than 0 to about 1730.

摘要: A biocide- and ammonia-free aqueous polymer dispersion is obtained by radically initiated multi-stage emulsion polymerization and comprising particles comprising at least a first polymer phase formed from a monomer composition I and a second polymer phase from a different monomer composition II. The first polymer phase has a glass transition temperature below 20°C, and the second polymer phase has a glass transition temperature above 20°C, both as determined by differential scanning calorimetry according to ISO 16805. The polymer dispersion further comprises at least one water-soluble alkali metal silicate, at least one water-soluble alkali metal or alkaline earth metal alkyl siliconate, or a mixture thereof and has a pH of 10.0 or higher.

摘要: 一种具有沙袋结构嵌段聚醚酰胺发泡粒子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将改性剂、填料、偶联剂预混,再将预混后的原料熔融共混,经水下造粒或水槽切粒后制备出具有核壳结构的共混粒子Ⅰ;S2、将共混粒子Ⅰ与嵌段聚醚酰胺原料预混,再将预混后的原料熔融共混,经水下造粒或水槽切料后制得具有沙袋结构的嵌段聚醚酰胺共混粒子Ⅱ;S3、将定量共混粒子Ⅱ投入高压釜内,再通入定量的环境友好物理发泡剂,直到发泡剂与G2共混粒子达到均相体系后,再通过泄压阀将釜内的压力排空,取出含有发泡剂的嵌段聚醚酰胺共混粒子Ⅲ;S4、将共混粒子Ⅲ移入已升至该粒子软化温度的恒温设备中,保温后得到具有沙袋结构的嵌段聚醚酰胺发泡粒子。
